Very fun atmosphere. The food and drinks are good. We had Gaby as our waiter, he was wonderful. You can either hang on the beach or go in one of the pools.
One person In our party uses a motorized scooter and they were very accommodating. Let us park it and then pushed us to the beach in the beach wheelchair. They took great care of us with great service. Food and drinks were excellent and plentiful! Our 4th time there for this exact reason
It was finally great to get in the beach water. My waiter had too many tables. That's not good because it prevents being able to serve everyone properly.
The resort was over booked no place to sit. The food was horrible and the drinks are weak. Some of the excursion was over priced.
Great food beautiful beach and so clean and well taken care of. Lots of amenities for additional cost, great food, drinks and the staff was amazing very attentive and friendly.
Beautiful beach with plenty of shade and tables, all inclusive drink and food and anything else you would like to try. We did the horseback riding with our guide Leo who was incredible! Horses were clearly taken well care of too. Had a great day here! They take credit cards but not american express - our fault for not checking before leaving the ship but we got it straightened out. Would love to come back.

While Senior Teo was the sweetest man and was very hospitable, Mr. Sancho as an excursion venue is all about get them in at all cost. Pack them in. Sure drinks and all you can eat is included however, they need to step it up with the seating accommodations. Lounge chairs, no umbrellas or palapas. Very few bed lounges and we had a reservation. Nothing available when we arrived. Why reserve then! Think it's time to step up our game aways from Mr. Sanchos.
The service was very very poor. The food was not that great. The water was great and the restrooms were clean
What you should know is to arrive early to grab a good seat and area. The restrooms are clean and well managed. The food was below par to me and took awhile (which is noted) to arrive. The non alcoholic drinks and sodas were in small cups, so order several at a time. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Great place for family and kids! Great food, great drinks, great activities for adults and kids, great beach, great workers, great message’s, and great management.
