My son and I enjoyed our first mountain ride. Frank was an amazing guide & truly made us feel comfortable the entire time. The views were incredible & the trail system is truly great. I highly recommend this experience!
We did the Mill Mountain tour from the Roanoke star. Sean, our guide, tailored the trip to our individual needs. He gave great instruction to me as a new mountain biker. I felt very comfortable. Sean knows the trails inside and out so he could explain what to expect at each part. He also tailored parts of the trip to allow my husband to have a little more fun as an experienced mountain biker. The bike shop itself is also really cool. Sean also gave us some great information about the area. Highly recommend! Can't wait to see the pictures he took.

Great communication and experience! Our guide, Sean, gave us the opportunity to customize our ride as we went, making it as adventurous or relaxing as we preferred. He also provided great instructions as often as we wanted. The ride had great views and was a fun way to spend an afternoon in Roanoke! I wouldn't change a thing.
From start to finish a great experience. Not just an online booking/reservation but a customized excursion. Upon booking, Sean talked to me on the phone to get an understanding of our family's varied abilities so that he could plan a trip that we would all enjoy: a 17YO mountain bike enthusiast, a dad who thinks he's still young and able and a mom who had crashed hard on two previous attempts on other mountains. Mission accomplished!!! Sean was able to customize the ride so that it was both adventurous for the boys and scenic and enjoyable for me.
We had a fantastic adventures mountain bike tour. Sean constantly kept us updated. My 14yo son loved the ride. Can absolutely recommend this and Sean is great !
I highly recommend this bike tour. Cody was our guide, very affable guy who is knowledgeable and responsible. We are a family of 4 adults, each with different riding skills. Cody was very aware of each of our abilities and accommodated each of us accordingly. The terrain was beautiful, if not a bit challenging for me not being an avid mountain biker. Still, the ride was very enjoyable and again, Cody was able to accommodate all of our skill levels, even my son who is an avid mountain biker.
Such a fun day with Cody out on the trails! Mom and son adventure. This was our first time and Cody was patient and started us from the beginning. We picked things up quickly and were cruising down the mountain by the end. Highly recommend taking the shuttle up. Great 3 hour tour with my Hokie.
It was an awesome experience! Sean was a great instructor, and very informative being I had never mtn biked before. Highly recommend!
