Our trip was great! We got picked up at the nearest bust station which was right nextdoor of our hotel. We were with a group of 4 whick was very pleasent. Our tour guide Lory was great! She told a lot about the island, Mama Etna and the love for the island shone through it all. We knew upfront that any additional cost for further going up the Etna were at own costs. We chose to take a walk up the craters with her which was also a very good expierence. I am happy we didn't miss it. Many thanks to Lory for the great trip and care!

Amazing experience with Lorenzo. With his knowledge and good English he explained everything and gave tips how to make ur journey better. Good driver. Not many people pick up from ur location, it's a bonus. We enjoy his company and nice jokes. Made our journey easier and more pleasant
Brilliant day exploring Etna with wonderfull and extremely knowledgeable tour guide Stefano.
Our excellent guide Antonio guided our multinational (romanian, canadian, finnish) group on the slopes of Etna, providing a wealth of information on historical eruptions and their consequences, vegetation, rock types, to name a few. On the way to mountain he also explained the history of small towns, through which we passed. We also visited a cave, the origin of which was revealed through Antonio’s comprehensive explanation. On the way back we stopped at a local farm, which had a small agricultural museum and the opportunity to taste (and buy!) local honey varieties. We would go again anytime, it was worth every penny. Special thanks to our top quality guide!
Very funny guid that knows alot about Etna
Flavio was a great guide with lots of stories and insight into Mt. Etna, lava caves and Sicilian culture. Would recommend this tour!
Five stars because Tom, our guide, was brilliant. From pick up to drop off he took great care of all the guests, spoke 3 languages, was so passionate about the region and so knowledgeable. The 7 hours flew by and we had a great time.
