Afhentningstider er planlagt inden for et vindue baseret på din afgang og placering: **7:00 afrejse** • Canmore gæster: afhentning mellem 07:00 – 07:15 • Banff gæster: afhentning mellem 7:30 – 7:45 **8:00 afrejse** • Canmore gæster: afhentning mellem 8:00 – 8:15 • Banff gæster: afhentning mellem 8:30 – 8:45 Vær venligst klar mindst 5 minutter før start af afhentningsvinduet. For at sikre en glat og rettidig afgang for alle gæster, vil vanen ikke være i stand til at vente på sen ankomst.

- For at deltage skal alle voksne underskrive en undtagelse før turen. En undtagelse skal også udfyldes af forælderen eller værgen for et barn under 18 år. Manglende at fuldføre afkaldet vil resultere i aflysning af din tur.
- No-shows, mistede afganger eller ubrugt service er ikke refunderbare.
- Vi kræver mindst 6 gæster for turen at fortsætte. Hvis vi ikke når dette mindste antal, vil vi tilbyde dig muligheder for at omplanlægge eller modtage en fuld refusion.

Sam was our guide for the day and couldn’t have been better! He was kind, knowledgeable and punctual. We had plenty time at both lakes and Sam had advice for how to spend the time! Would recommend!

Tour was fine and the locations worth visiting but we probably overpaid for what we received. The pickup was late and then we were told the van had to swing over to Lake Louise first to drop off some people (the Moraine portion started later than advertised). The driver/guide mostly just talked about himself and personal accomplishments rather than share general or historical knowledge of the area. The other reviews were really good maybe we just got them on a bad day but it wasn’t worth the price.

We love this tour!! 2 hrs at each location… most spend only an hour. We did have to pack lunch- but we had a nice picnic at moraine lake. Our driver was super nice and told us alot about the local skiing.

Wonderful day! Jeremy was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and had good insight of the area and things/places to visit. The excursion is just as described. Visited both lakes with plenty of time to explore and do whatever activities we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing trip in a minivan with 7 people in total plus our driver/guide Jeremie who was fantastic. The company, Into the Wild, think of everything that you may need with hot chocolate, tea and coffee available, large ponchos (with their name and logo on) which were needed as it rained quite heavily with a little snow, and then when we left were handed a bar of chocolate with the companies logo on the wrapper. Jeremie was very enthusiastic and gave us an outiine of the whole tour as we set off and then talked all the way on the 1 hour journey providing information on Banff, the roads, the wildlife etc. On the way to the Lakes we took the old main road and were fortunate to see a grizzly bear with her cub at the side of the road as we drove by. When arriving at Moraine Lake Jeremie showed us were the various facilities were and then led the way up to the top of the Rockpile where he took photos of all the travellers. He then left us to go our own way and we walked along the lake shore to the end and then returned along the same path and we still had about 20-30 mins left before we were due at the minivan. However, Jeremie was already there and we had a hot drink. We then headed to Lake Louise and again Jeremie showed us where the facilities were and took us to the foot of the lake and provided information about the available walks. Once again we walked along the shore path to the end of the lake where there was a small beach before returning which gave us plenty of time for another hot drink. On the return journey which was direct to Banff on the dual carriageway Jeremie once again provided various amounts of information including the best places to eat in Banff and Canmore. Overall a fantastic trip with a great driver/guide

I highly recommend this tour, it was the perfect way to visit Moraine Lake without worrying about busses and it was great to visit Lake Louise without the stress of parking. We arrived early enough to beat the crowds and our guide Jeremy gave us great recommendations for activities at each lake. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate were a perfect touch. I recommend adding the packed lunch option, they use a great local bakery. Such a great day!

Our tour guide was great. Very friendly and informative. She gave us good tips and made sure we were safe and had coffee/tea/hot chocolate. It was raining when we left Banff, but thankfully the weather ended up being nice and Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were beautiful.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Justin was our tour guide and he was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We were the first out of 10 to be picked up from our hotel. He took the time to show us the perfect spots for photos and ensured we had plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. He also had coffee and tea available for us. August is probably the busiest time to visit Banff and unless you book well in advanced through the Parks Canada website for a free shuttle (which we didn't have time to) this is your best option. Important note that Lake Morraine is not accessible by personal vehicle. The experience from Into the Wild Tours was seamless, stress-free, and so worth it!
