Moonshine Saloon Wild West Cocktail Experience

This was amazing! The cocktails were fantastic, the entertainment was brilliant and the evening as a whole was enthralling. The best bramble I’ve ever had. For real life. Cocktails are top class would recommend to anyone. Such a good evening with my husband Carl. He’s such a good cowboy. The acting was great and so entertaining. Really enjoyed our night at Moonshine Saloon Liverpool — the immersive experience was great fun and the actors were brilliant. Special shoutout to Daisy, who was fantastic in character all night and genuinely lovely to chat to. She definitely made the experience even better. The only downside for us was the drinks. Between 5 of us, we brought 2 x 35cl bottles of gin and rum, and after 3 rounds of cocktails each over the 2-hour experience, we got both bottles back with barely anything missing — maybe around 10ml from each. It just didn’t add up and left us wondering if there was actually much alcohol in the drinks at all, as we all came out completely sober. Considering you pay for the experience and also provide your own alcohol, it works out pretty expensive for what you actually get. The atmosphere and acting were spot on, but the drinks side of it was definitely disappointing.

From start to finish this was a 10/10 experience.From the security,the bar staff,to the performers,everyone was first class.Its such a good immersive experience,you don’t think it’s much time but honestly it’s perfect&the cocktails are poured before your last one is finished! Congratulations to every member of staff,who not only make this an entertaining experience but are welcoming&attentive.Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic and entertaining experience. The performers interacted with whatever was thrown at them and the bar staff brought a great selection of drinks to the tables. We will certainly return.

I was taken here on my Hen Weekend and had no idea where or what was happening until I got here but I had the best evening - as did our whole group. The theming of the bar and the actors were fantastic - really enjoyed the interactions. Our group was instructed to BYO spirits and the bar used these to make the cocktails for the group. Each cocktail was delicious. I didn't know what to expect when my Maid of Honour handed me a cowboy hat but this was the highlight of the weekend.

We had so much fun during this experience! All of the actors were so good and we really felt immersed in the experience. The cocktails were delicious too. We didn’t want it to end!!! Cannot recommend more.

Absolutely brilliant! We had the best time. The actors are class and you can be assured of lots of belly laughs, tasty cocktails and a very memorable experience.

Had booked Alcotraz for my daughters 21st birthday (2nd November) but sadly upon arrival we were informed there venue had flooded and we couldn’t go in! We were offered to rebook or go next door to the Moonshine Saloon, was disappointed but really didn’t need to be, we went back in time and I’d chosen an add on so my daughter had to play the part of “the Madame” very good experience, great actors and really enjoyed it! Will definitely be rebooking for Alcotraz too 😊

Booked a ticket for Moonshine Saloon in Liverpool. Whilst in the process of booking, looking at hotels and trains, seeing time slots go etc. I made a stupid error (my fault) and booked London Moonshine Saloon, not Liverpool. Only realised at the last minute when tickets arrived by email and got final chance to start checking everythink. Horrified I made an error - which my whole weekend relied upon (hotel, train, car parking). Immediately contacted Fever and explained. Got nice email saying would look into it. I asked if could change London to Liverpool, or change date, or refund as last resort. Waited, waited, went to Liverpool, still waited, checked into hotel, still no reply. Emailed five times...got NOTHING BACK. Hugely unhappy, super poor customer service, slow / no reply. Totally let down. Yes, careless error (100%), but totally crappy service. Will tell everyone I can to avoid these people. Response and care when things go wrong is very, very poor. Be warned.

A wonderful escape for a couple of hours. We had a right laugh, the cast were great and the drinks fab. Just note you do have to take your own alcohol for the cocktails but they rustled up some fab variety of drinks. Highly recommend! Makes a nice change from sitting in a normal bar ❤️
