A lovely way to spend the afternoon! Our guide, Eliot, was amazing. He was friendly and very knowledgable. The food was wonderful! An overall good time!
I highly recommend this tour! Our guide Julie was the best! We were able to try so many pastries that we were stuffed by the end and had to start sharing everything! Julie gave us such great background on the history of the area and all the shops we went to, she is very knowledgeable, personable, and funny and was the perfect guide. We were able to try award-winning croissants and several other delicious treats. The neighborhood is so vibrant and beautiful! Be prepared for quite a bit of uphill walking, but with enough breaks for delicious pastries to make it bearable. This was my favorite part of the time we spent in Paris! Also, a note this was listed as a tea when I booked it but it is not, the description was accurate though just not the title.
It was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to the classic food experience due to space and it was amazing. Our guide Emeline was so sweet and so thorough with her explanations.
Excellent afternoon tea well recommended ,Friendly staff ,Free parking.
We had Elliot as our guide and he was wonderful - highly engaging, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I have been to Paris several times but never visited Montmartre and I'm so glad I did this tour. All of the treats we had were delicious. The walking itself was leisurely and not intensive at all, for those who might be worried about the pace/their level of fitness. We lucked out with some great weather as well, which made it all the more enjoyable. From a booking/logistics perspective, the tour company reached out via Whatsapp to let me know they needed to make a slight change to the tour due to some logistical challenges (the tour I initially booked was the crepes/macaron afternoon tasting tour). They offered two alternatives so I opted for this one vs. the Saint Germain chocolate tour. All's this to say is that the tour company was communicative, timely, and responsive when conflicts arose.
Arthur did a great job with the tour and explaining the treats to my kids. We were running a few minutes late and he was very nice about it. We were doing our tour on a very crowded day, but Arthur took us on quieter, beautiful streets in Montmartre and had great explanations. We all loved the treats included. My only advice would be that possibly on very warm days the hot chocolate could be left out or substituted for ice cream or gelato. Highly recommend this tour and Arthur..
This experience really made our Paris trip so delightful. Catherine's history lessons and Amelie/Midnight in Paris scene knowledge, the walk itself up to Sacre Coeur, and the delicious treats - from crepes to madeleine cookies to chocolates - were such a treat! Thank you, thank you.
Great way to experience and learn the history of Montmartre while keeping my kids happy. Catherine was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable about the history of the area as well as all the sweets we were eating. Recommend it, especially to families with kids who might need a bit of motivation for a historical walking tour!
Hugo was a fabulous guide - he told us the history of Montmartre that was really interesting to learn about as well as being very enthusiastic about his French culture. Of course the food tasting was superb. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this tour.
What an amazing treat. We walked all the way to the sacre coure by the end of the trip. But we had lots of treats along the way. Our guide was Catherine and she was amazing. Lots of history about Paris and montemart while sampling sweet treats along the way. What’s not to like.
