Henry was fantastic. He stopped and got us Jerk Chicken and took us to the grocery store. He was very friendly
Driver was very nice. Mr henry. My flight was delayed so i had to call the taxi, but he came right away to accommodate us.

Our driver Carlton was the best! Carlton had a lot of knowledge about everything Jamacia which was great since it was our first time visiting. Our plane was delayed and others traveling with us was late also. Carlton showed us where to get something to eat and wait for the rest of our party since SW flights was delayed and we had about 2 hours to waste.

They were there on time to meet us and were very friendly. The roads are bad but the driver was great!
I would advise not to use this company. The driver Nico although was a cool person and got us to and from our destination safely, was also a liar. He kept saying he was at the airport to pick us up but was not there, and made us miss our flight going back home because he was 30 minutes late picking us up. I want a refund because we missed our direct flight and had to be rebooked on a flight that had a 5 hour layover. I would never use them again.
Hello, thank you for your taxi bookings to Royalton Negril, I am not a liar..I sent Nico for you at the airport for your Taxi to Negril and for the return he was also your driver, you agreed for a 12pm pickup for your return to the airport (which is a 4 hour pickup before your flight leaves Montego Bay which you would provide us in order to agree on this 12 noon pickup as this drive normally takes 1hr and 20 mins)I sent him again for you on the return trip also where I text him overnight your 12noon pickup he replied confirm to me, only to see you call me 11:50am asking for your Taxi I then told you I will call him, when I spoke with him after you hang up he told me he is 5 minutes away, I told you his reply only to see you calling again 15 minutes later, I call him again he said he was 3 minutes away and again at 12:25 PM then he finally showed up at 12:30pm 30mins late totally unacceptable and not our standard. Long and short...he lied to me about his whereabouts causing me to be called an lier and to receive a bad review which is very disappointing to me. When I know I have nothing to do with his lies but I totally understood why you said that because I would probably say the same. However he was fired immediately after he dropped you off at the airport he is no longer with the company. I can't imagine you missing your flight with an half hour delay pickup this should not be as you should be good for that delay, however if you can send me the evidence where you missed your original flight you will be issued a refund.
The company never showed at the airport! I waited an hour no one contacted me and I couldn’t contact anyone.
We didn't show up because you book your Taxi yesterday and give us no flight number or time for us to send your driver to the airport, when we saw your booking has no flight number or time we call you and their was no answer, we left a message you didn't reply, hours after in the afternoon you call us from the airport and we told you we couldn't send a driver because we have no flight info and we told you we will refund you which we did... you couldn't even mention that because you want to blame us for your own actions. I wish I could post your booking that you made here for the world to see that you gave us no flight information. How could you say you couldn't contact anyone when you did call and speak to me at the airport? Makes no sense. To our future customers please be smart and provide us with your flight information as that is the only way we can send your driver at the airport for you to hold the sign with your name.
Shortest check through customs ever! There were adequate people to assist with the process. On a down note they did refuse to stamp passport, but it is their process. I enjoyed the hospitality.
I would definitely use this company again when we come back to Jamaica. Driver was ahead of schedule, very respectful and resourceful, plus provided service that was above and beyond his duty. Big Respect! 🇯🇲

Our driver Henry was great! He was on time for both the pickup from the airport as well as our pickup from the hotel to return home. We enjoyed the private ride without having to stop to pickup others. We went straight to our destination with no problems and felt safe during both rides. The reason for 4/5 stars is that we felt the communication for our return to the airport could have been slightly better. I think a simple confirmation email or text would have sufficed to let us know that our driver was on the way on the day we were leaving the island. Nonetheless, the transportation was good and we would definitely use them again for our next trip to Jamaica.

Regarding your concern about your departure; Whenever someone book roundtrip to negril we choose your departure pick up time and inform the driver to tell you your pick up time, which henry did. The driver duty is to confirm if you agree with the pick up time or not for us to make changes if needed. All of this communication take place behind the scene.
