Both transfers between Montego Bay and Bahia Principe were smooth and on time. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The 1-hour trip seemed shorter because the drivers turned the trip into a knowledge-sharing and, explaining each community along the way. The vehicle was clean and cool, and it made arriving in Jamaica even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a stress-free start to your vacation!

Unfortunately We were waylaid at the airport and were unable to find our ride as he was no longer waiting with a sign. Our Mowbay rep helped us locate our driver and then we were on our way. Nice, comfortable ride. Oshane our driver very pleasant on got us to our destination!

Such a great company, they were so accommodating with my last minute shuttle booking from Montego Bay to Grand Bahia Principe Runaway Bay. Kevin is so genuine was an amazing driver, his main priority was safety and we had such a fun ride with him, he showed us some spots along the way to the hotel and taught us some Jamaican lingo as well. He was so great that we booked a ride back with him at the end of our stay. I definitely recommend booking shuttle services with Jamaica Getaway Travels, the booking process was so simple and their communication is very quick and reliable.
