I booked transportation but they cancelled it. Should receive a refund. Waiting to get my money back

I’m surprised! The process for reserving online was smooth. At the airport, people were friendly. My driver from the airport to the hotel was nice. When it was time for me to depart from my trip, I was surprised to see the driver waiting right on time! Very easy process!

No issues, seemed well organized. Ride was about 1 hr from MBJ airport to Runaway Bay.

Took my daughter for her 30th bday. Previous ride fell through and booked the night before, last minute. Easy to find, no problems with reservation, everything was easy breezy! Had enough time for a couple of beers. Everyone was friendly, great customer service. Price was affordable and I would highly recommend! I would consider using this service/company as a “Go To” when I come back!

Stay away from booking tours using Viator (a Tripadvisor company). They do not stand behind their service. I had a horrible experience with VIATOR. I booked a one way trip from hotel to airport. I had a confirmation showing my hotel as a pickup point. The tour operator rejected the booking as the hotel was a little further away. When i called Viator multiple times to resolve this, they kept telling my booking was good but they are unable to reach the tour operator. I was running out of time as i had to leave to the airport. I made an alternate arrangement and cancelled my booking with Viator. Viator cancelled it but no refund. When i reached out to them, they do not even give any reason why they wouldn't refund. Horrible company. Never expected this from Tripadvisor.

Based on your review, it appears your concerns are primarily related to the booking platform's handling of your reservation and refund request. Regarding the transfer itself, pickup locations and service areas are clearly outlined at the time of booking, and in some cases adjustments may be required if a hotel falls outside the selected transfer zone. I had a smooth ride to the airport with Bernard. I highly recommend pre-booking your airport pickup and return. I checked with the hotel and a taxi was double the price.

Booked airport transfer from Montego Bay to RIU Negril round trip. Had delays when we arrived to MBJ but the staff was very accommodating even though we arrived at the booth over an hour past when we booked. They told us when the shuttle would pick us up from the resort for departure based on our flight time and then promptly pointed us in the right direction. The shuttle driver on the way to our resort did a great job. The same went for when we were to depart and he was there exactly when they said he would be. Overall, a very good experience and they made it easy to know what was going to happen at all points.
