I booked and paid for a small car from Ayia Napa to Larnaca airport, but instead they sent a minibus. The minibus was uncomfortable and did not correspond at all to what I had booked. This feels very frivolous and I am very unhappy with the service. I cannot recommend this company and advise others to choose another option.

You booked and paid for an economy sedan car, and we fully understand your frustration at being sent a minibus instead. That is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we completely understand you. In this instance, there was an urgent need to switch vehicles at short notice to avoid delaying your journey, and the minibus was the vehicle immediately available to ensure you reached the airport on time. While the intention was always to get you there reliably and without waiting, we recognise that the minibus did not match what you booked and paid for, and that it was not the comfortable experience you expected.
