Minca er en lille by beliggende ved foden af Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta ved 700 m.s.n.m. befolket med kaffe, kakao og honning producenter. Beliggende i et af de rigeste miljøer eller levesteder i Colombia. Det har adskillige floder, der løber gennem sit territorium, fulde af vandfald og kolde vand, der kommer ned fra bjergene, det er derfor, vi inviterer dig til at nyde unikke landskaber på et charmerende sted.

• Vi starter turen fra byen Santa Marta, hvor vi tager en vej, der om 45min fører os til byen Minca.
• Når vi ankommer til Minca, præsenterer vi guiden og en kort introduktion af, hvad vi vil gøre under turen, da guiden, der vil ledsage os, vil være en lokal guide for samfundet. • Vi starter med en gåtur langs en økologisk sti på cirka 2 timer eller 2: 30 timer, hvor vi kan besøge vandfald, svømmebassiner og naturlandskaber. • Vi ankommer til en kaffefarm, hvor vi kender kaffeprocessen og dens vigtigste aspekter. • Vi afslutter vores gåtur, når vi ankommer til et hus lavet 100% i bambus, hvor vi får gourmet frokost. • Herefter vil guiden give en forklarende samtale om kakao, dens proces og dens derivater. • Vi afslutter turen med tilbagevenden til byen Minca, hvor vi går ombord på vores køretøj tilbage til byen Santa Marta, som vi ankommer mellem 17:00 og 17:30.

Wear good shoes because there’s some walking uphill. Have plenty of water. Private waterfall was a plus.
While rainy, the Tour absvthe group were greatm forest, waterfalls, animals, coffee, chocolate, a gretvgroup and guide Sadam was so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. Highly recommended!
Reynauldo was an excellent guide. Knowledgeable, friendly, and local. There is a bit of walking so be prepared, but well worth the trek. Saw and learned about different wildlife. Also, the coffee was excellent and hands on with Cocoa was a bonus.
It was an very informative and exciting experience. Steep hiking. Definitely recommend long pants and a long-sleeved shirt and insect repellent. The tour had some amazing views. Ronaldo the guide was very knowledgeable and fluent also in English, he explained everything very well and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend this tour. The lunch was also very yummy 😋
It was amazing! Our guide Christiano was wonderful. He was so enthusiastic and so knowledgeable and also very funny. He also spoke 6 languages fluent which was very impressive
Very good day tour in the forests of Sierra Nevada - coffee, cocoa and the native flora and fauna, professionally and sympathetically explained.
The tour title mentions “waterfalls,” which suggests more than one. In reality, we were taken to just a single waterfall and given around 30 minutes of free time there. The rest of the tour felt heavily lecture-based - long explanations that took up a significant portion of the experience. We visited two locations: an organic coffee farm and a cocoa production farm. That was the extent of the itinerary, which made the overall title feel misleading. The guide came across as disengaged and not particularly enthusiastic. It felt more like he was going through the motions than genuinely enjoying what he was doing. This tour is not well suited for families. The children in our group were clearly bored during the lengthy talks, and even some adults seemed to struggle to stay engaged. Considering the price, the experience did not feel like good value for money.
Hotel pickup was on time, we had a day with quite a lot of experience who spoke in Spanish and English, the tour in the mine, knowledge of coffee and cocoa was a beautiful experience, so I highly recommend it.
