Amazing experience one of the best things I have done in my life (52years) The flight was awesome made Milford Sound look ordinary which it definitely wasn’t Like our pilot was a great guide very knowledgeable helpful and a great pilot gave us good commentary as he flew and. Just wow!! What a day, it’s an absolute MUST!! The flight there and back was just outstanding, our pilot Micheal was excellent, so informative throughout. Then the trip on the boat, it really is the perfect combination to take in the most incredible scenery.
Incredible experience flying over the snow caps and frozen lakes. Such great value for money! Lily is an excellent pilot and made the flight informative and fun.
Milford Sound is beautiful, but the flight was even more amazing! The views from the plane were spectacular! Splurge a little and take the flight instead of the bus. You won’t regret it!
I admit I was hesitant in booking, thinking winter season might be an issue, the weather was not a problem, and the snow capped mountains were epic. My experience on the day began with a call from their office saying the driver would be with me in a few minutes. It was door to door service, Sam, our driver was friendly and got us to the office in perfect time. Jason, our pilot, was friendly and knowledgeable, he made sure we were comfortable throughout the flight. He escorted us to and from the port. The views from the flight and the cruise were incredible, so worth it! Whole experience was perfect. Thank you team, including the office ladies at check in, you also deserve a mention.
Mike and Sam were amazing! It was our first time going to Queenstown and the flight/ride from Milford Sound to Queenstown CBD was so smooth and enjoyable. Not only do they know so much about the area but they were so lovely to chat with. Best customer service we’ve received in Queenstown.
Perfect weather perfect flight perfect cruise… the flight was amazing so close to the mountains and the view spectacular. The cruise was excellent as well being a smaller company. The most amazing experience with an awesome guide and lots of information along the way.
Myself and my friend throughly enjoyed this experience. Out pilot Luke was great, explaining the plan, the journey and checking if we were okay throughout the flight due to it being quite windy. He also narrated all the different locations and provided us with many fun facts along the way which was very interesting. The fight was smooth, the views were amazing and we wish we could do it every day. Big thank you to Luke, he we had a great time.
It was an awesome flight, our pilot Dan handled the conditions well and gave great commentary throughout the trip there and back. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and seals, along with the picture perfect scenery.
