Driver was 15 minutes late! Made no excuse or apology. I booked transfer to the wrong airport so that had to be sorted out but it took another ten minutes as we sat there waiting to leave! The additional fee was fine for the longer drive. Booking from America, we were given a driver that spoke not a single word of English. Not that they have to for us but just saying, the company knew we were Americans. The driver drove slower than most all other cars on the road as we were passed by hundreds. Paid the driver the additional fifty Euros as requested and hoping to NOT also see it in my credit card statement!
