Beskrivelse

Jorge was an excellent guide for this cooking experience. He was welcoming and fluent in English, but we chose to speak Spanish for the duration of the tour. Jorge met me promptly in front of the market and he was able to tailor the tour to my liking. He explained the background of the market and the ingredients we were purchasing in an engaging manner. We took a short walk to the cooking space and Jorge shared some history of Zaragoza along the way. Preparing the regional food together in the kitchen was one of the highlights of my trip and everything we made turned out delicious. I appreciated that he shared the recipes with me afterwards. I highly recommend booking an experience with Jorge.
The four hours we spent with Jorge breezed by and everything about our experience was top notch. Learning about Spanish produce in the market was fascinating, the cooking part was lots of fun, and the food was delicious. If we were to return to Zaragoza, I'd look at Rutica 41's website and pick several tours because it is clear that these folks really care about what they're doing, prioritize the customer's experience, and love their city.
Jorge was a fantastic host for a fun Spanish cooking class. We gathered fresh ingredients from the market and enjoyed making a Spanish omelette and lamb paella together. We laughed, learned and enjoyed the whole experience!
Jorge was an excellent guide. He walked me through the historic market of Zaragoza and showed me the typical food of the region. It was fun to experience the vendors at work and see all the fresh ingredients for the meal we were going to prepare together. Jorge chose dishes that were both delicious and feasible to prepare at home. I enjoyed helping him prep and cook while having an engaging conversation about the food and culture of Spain. I would definitely recommend this adventure while in Zaragoza.
The cooking class was truly one of the best memories of our trip to Zaragoza. Jorge first took us to the large market hall, where we bought our ingredients. He explained a lot about the history and background of the market. Afterwards, we went to a really well-equipped cooking school where we prepared the ingredients and cooked the dishes. We conjured up dishes from Aragonese cuisine as well as typical Spanish delicacies, received valuable tips, had some truly wonderful conversations, and drank delicious wine. Jorge's very friendly and warm personality made the class twice as much fun, and it will remain a cherished memory! So don't miss this opportunity if you're ever in Zaragoza!!!💕
The cooking class was really one of the best memories of our trip to Zaragoza. Jorge only took us to the big market hall where we bought our ingredients for the dishes. A lot was explained to us about the history and background. Afterwards we went to the premises of a really well-equipped cooking school and prepared ingredients and cooked the dishes there. We conjured things from the Aragonese cuisine, as well as typical Spanish delicacies, got important tips, had really great conversations and drank delicious wine. With Jorge's very personable and warm personality, the course was twice as fun and it will stay in my memory! So don’t miss this opportunity when you’re in Zaragoza💕
Jorge took us shopping as promised. Then my gf and I spend hours making a few dishes in their cooking classroom area. It was a wonderful 5 hours of bonding over a stove. I learned a few new tricks for cooking mushrooms. Jorge and my gf and enjoyed each others conversation as well as the wine!
Our market tour and cooking class with Jorge was the highlight of our trip to Zaragoza. We got a chance to learn about the city, learn about the local food culture, and make a friend a long the way!
Jorge was a brilliant guide. We began with a capsule history of the city, proceeded to make market purchases for lunch (with explanations along the way), and made our way to his well-equipped chef’s kitchen to prepare our meal. Utter pleasure talking and eating and learning … accompanied by good wines. Jorge gave us more than his allotted time — such a good guy, and such a wonderful experience. If you find yourself wondering, Why did I come to Zaragoza?, this is your answer. Highly recommended.
Jorge was really friendly and knowledgeable about the local food. Generous with his time, engaged in the cooking lesson. His passion for Spanish food was clear and left us with a better understanding and appreciation of Spanish and specifically Aragon’s cuisine and the food was delicious
