We had an amazing experience on this boat tour! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The boat was clean and comfortable, and the views of Miami were absolutely stunning. A special thank you to our captain, Daniel Marimon. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire trip. He shared interesting information, made sure everyone was comfortable, and created a fun and relaxing atmosphere. This was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Miami. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience on the water. Thank you again, Daniel, for making our day so special!

My husband suprised me with this boat cruise for our anniversary. 1st the boat, comfortable with a great sound system. 2nd and MOST IMPORTANTLY our Captain Daniel, from the first interaction was kind, helpful and friendly. 2 hour cruise through the miami river & out to star island. Daniel was super knowledgeable. We had so much fun -- Thank you Daniel for making our anniversary extra special! Until next time ......
The captain was very nice and did his best. However, don’t expect this boat to go faster than bike. He literally strolled around extremely slow. Oh and be ready to pay $45 to park there. All this with extremely rude parking staff there. It almost feels like tourist scam.

Regarding the boat’s speed, our tours are marketed and operated as sightseeing experiences, not high-speed excursions. The captain is required to follow designated waterways, local regulations, posted speed zones, and safety protocols. These measures are in place not only for the safety of our guests but also for other boaters and wildlife in the area. While we understand that some guests may prefer a faster ride, the tour was conducted in accordance with the experience we advertise and the regulations governing our operations. We also understand your dissatisfaction regarding parking costs and your interaction with parking personnel. However, it is important to clarify that parking facilities are owned and operated by a third-party company. We do not control parking rates, enforcement policies, or the conduct of parking attendants, and therefore cannot be held responsible for decisions made by that independent operator. While we respect every guest’s right to share their opinion, we believe it is important to distinguish between aspects of the experience that were within our control and those that were not. Based on your own comments, the captain provided friendly and attentive service, and the tour was conducted safely and as intended. We regret that certain external factors affected your overall impression, but we stand behind the quality and professionalism of the experience we provide.
Daniel Marimon was a fantastic guide and captain for our private trip. He made us feel at ease straight away and toured us all round the hot spots with a high level of knowledge which was very interesting. I would highly recommend Daniel for anyone else in the future for boat trips.
All I can say is get ANTHONY as your Captain! He was great communicated very well. With all women onboard he was the most respectful and we all felt safe with him and the water was extremely choppy that day.
A wonderful nighttime boat ride outlining the incredible and picture of Miami skyline. our captain was Andrew from Cuba, who gave us an entertaining and wonderful tour despite the rain.
Louis was a great captain! He helped and explained us everything perfectly. He was very nice. 10/10 recommend!
Our captain Andy Perez was fantastic!!!! We got to see Miami and he stopped so we could swim!! It was a beautiful day!!
This was a great ride. The boat was nice and well maintained. Luis was our Captain and did a great job. He was professional, informative, and laughed along with us. This is our second time in Miami, but last time we took a bus tour. So Luis took us to some places we had seen from land and showed us a whole different view. While definitely one of the more expensive excursions, for someone who comes from a mountainous state it was really cool to experience the ocean in a private different way. I would highly recommend both the excursion and Luis as the Captain.
