Great for first time in MIAMI
Loved it! Tour was great, definitely recommend securing your hair it gets windy! lol The guide was also funny and I’m glad the weather was nice.

Not worth it.
The microphone didn't work, there was no guided tour. We drove to a couple of places but not all of the ones noted on the tour. The guide was friendly.

Refund requested for 2 previously purchased tickets for the tour in 09/11/26.
We were not told that you could only hear the narration on the top level until we checked in at the ticket booth. My friend and I are both handicapped and could not climb the stairs to the top level. We prepaid for our tickets. The tour was a total waste for us handicapped people. The description of the tour did reference that if you were handicapped you could not hear the narration of the tour on the first level. The tour guide said during the tour that on their day tours you could hear the narration on the lower level. This is totally against the American Against Disabillities Act. We heard no information on the lower level of the bus. We just paid all this money for no information on Miami. I called Vistor to relate this problem to your agent on the phone. She submitted this problem to Viator on 09/11/26. She said that I would receive a notification from Viator regarding this issue. To date I have not information from Viator regarding the refund of my purses of 2 tickets for us handicapped people. I shattered my knee cap on June 1, 2026. I had surgery on June 9, 2026. I never would have booked this tour if It was disclosed that we would not hear the narration of the tour on the lower level. Therefore submitting my second request for a total refund on the 2 tickets that I purchased. I would like to receive a reply from you regarding this matter. I have booked other tours in the past but I never had a problem with your tours. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Waste of Time & Money at Night
The speakers were terrible so I couldn’t hear anything until we were completely stopped. Then there’s tree branches you have to DUCK or you’ll be hit in the face. Unfortunately, iPhone still doesn’t do well at night so majority of pictures aren’t great and honestly, there wasn’t too much that was just very interesting to see. The mansions they pointed out weren’t visible. I was more than ready to get off.

I forgot the tour guides...
I forgot the tour guides name but he was amazing! Best tour yet. I remeber he was Cuban 😊 very informative, energetic and made it fun.

Wrong address on ticket....
Wrong address on ticket.
Tour guide microphone wasn't working properly.
It was a night tour there was no lights on stairway going down after tour.

Traffic was so bad, that...
Traffic was so bad, that we arrived right at 8pm, but couldn’t find a parking space and we never saw the bus or rode on the bus.
