Never picked up at meeting location. No communication from company. Contact phone number was automated responses and no help. In the pick up area only to catch the bus and paid heavily for parking just to stand around for an hour waiting for a tour bus that never came.
This was a great tour. We got to see everything we hoped to see and the guide was excellent. He was very engaging and knowledgeable.
At the trip and this thing I see a lot and one thing that I should mentioned it was a perfect adventure and a cool idea of my husband who get us to this trip and help to suggest them they really went above the best and that's very we'll and so amazing at all we say this was the pleasure and enjoy that remains in part of our life

I get a trip of 5 days 4 nights with them and at the end I enjoyed the whole trip with so much love and attention they gave and that was without any que and all that was really Helped me and I Get it and real way Trip to much beautiful place with Big Dave.
This trip is what I had already been trying and anxious to get it and after the busy Routine of my work and job final decided to get a Life Savings trip so that I could feel some relax and relief this means a lot to me and in real This Tour made me feel so I really appreciate and love that.

Good drive thru the city of Miami and South Beach. Our guide, while he knew basic facts about the sights we were seeing, was not at all professional. Repeated use of profanity. Music was blasted way too loud. He had the volume so loud there was constant feedback. Plus he was screaming instead of talking. It was only enjoyable when he wasn’t talking and no music was playing.

Bus did not show up. Phone number is wrong number. When sending message to bus there was no response. Asked every other operator to taxi. No one seen it.
