Regarding the temperature inside the aircraft, Miami’s weather can be extremely hot, especially during the summer months. While we do our best to keep our aircraft as comfortable as possible, there are limitations due to the nature of small aircraft and the local climate. As for the complimentary champagne, our product description clearly states that we provide non-alcoholic champagne. We understand if this was overlooked, but we do make every effort to ensure this information is available before booking. Regarding the narration during the flight, our pilots are trained to point out the major landmarks and share information while also giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful experience of a private flight and take in the views. Many guests appreciate this balance, but we understand that some visitors may prefer a more detailed guided narration.
