Great service we’re on time. Good communication with us to ensure that we were at ease knowing they were waiting for us. Vehicle was clean and driver very friendly.
Pick up was exactly as requested. Ride was clean and comfortable, always ready to give driver a tip but asking for it was a little cheeky.
There was a little miscommunication and probably on my part but I called and immediately was fixed. Look for guy with orange vest n he will take care of you. Watch out for many people who will try to get you to go with them. They are scamming you. They say they are trying to help you but they are not. Anyways, guy got us our ride n off to relax at resort. Pick up was on time n made a quit ride to airport. We travel often out of the country n will use whenever available.
I booked this transportation to/ from the airport. When I arrived at the airport, the driver was holding a sign, the van was clean, and the transport was quick. On the way back to the airport- it was very stressful. I couldn’t find a confirmation time that I was scheduled to get picked up. I wanted to get picked up at 7am and the company would not respond. They were very rude when I called and hung up on me. The driver was at the hotel at 7 am and the van was nice. I just think the communication could have been better and I wish they responded to my messages/ emails for confirmation
Excellent service. Great price. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Arrived right on time. Comfortable vehicle and safe driving. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Skeptical. Our van supposed to pick up 9 passengers but they told us their van broke down, therefore, they had two vehicles and wanted to split up our families. We felt uncomfortable with what took place but really didn't have much of a choice. We were scared and didn't sound legit at first. I wasn't happy with how this took place just 15 mins before we were told about their van issues before we had to catch our flight back.
Great transfer. Very easy, had a sign ready for me when I got to the airport. Transfer back was seamless as well.
