My experience: good communication upon arrival with Royal Dream Transportation. BUT: our driver could not wait for us more than the expected time! We arrived as soon as possible at our meeting point and within 2 minutes our driver had already left for another race... We regularly gave feedback via WhatsApp to say where we were but it was impossible to bend to have a few more minutes. So we had to wait 45 minutes for a taxi to pick us up and pay twice the expected price with Viator. Level refund of 68.- chf, apparently impossible, and as a proposed solution: contact booking.com or pay for a new transport service! Very disappointed, because everything seemed in place to have a good experience. I will not give up to get a refund
Look for driver in arrivals with your name when arriving at airport quick transfer to hotel in a clean vehicle
Viator - did not place proper information in the email and I could not get in contact with the local service. Standing outside for almost an hour, and when I finally got in contact with Viator, they told me the service waited for me and then left. Wrong info, so I had to get a cab and paid 85.00 to get to my destination. I will never use Viator again.
Easy pick up at the Cancun airport. Our driver was nice and easy to find. Clean van and great air conditioning.

Easy to locate the driver with the sign of my name. The driver was very friendly! We just needed to go outside the terminal to find the driver.
The meeting service was great and waiting for us with a name board. Everything was clearly communicated even 24 hours before arrival with a message. Driver was excellent!
Arrived yesterday after a 12 hour day! Our driver was wonderful friendly & knew just what to do!! Tha ride was 25 min & we arrived to our resort with ease
