The photoshoot was an okay experience overall. The package included 5–7 edited photos, which I understood when booking. However, since I personally do my own photo editing, I asked about receiving the unedited proofs from my session and was surprised that there was an additional charge for them. From my perspective, since the photos had already been taken, the session was paid for, and the remaining images would eventually be deleted, I didn’t expect accessing the unedited proofs to cost extra. I did pay the additional fee to receive them. The actual shoot also felt somewhat rushed, and I think the communication and overall customer service experience could have been better. I’m glad to have the photos from my birthday trip to Mexico City, but I think clearer communication about the handling and cost of unedited images would improve the experience for future customers.

The whole process was fun
When I received the photos, I was honestly blown away. The lighting, angles, and backgrounds were perfect, and the pictures turned out even better than I expected. They captured both the beauty of Mexico City and some really special memories from my trip.

Excellent experience
Alejandra and the other photographer are excellent. Very friendly and capable of what they are doing. They taught us how to pose, where to look at, and showed us some beautiful spots in Mexico City. Highly recommend if you want to have a special souvenir from the trip.
