Mauricio takes you to Cocina Centro to learn, while having lots of fun, how to mix a good cocktail and make an amazing salsa. It’s mind-blowing to realize how with “basic” ingredients but with the right process and technique, you bring all flavors to their max potential. I really recommend this experience!

Great experience! The host, Mauricio, is fun and help us to have a good time. During this experience you will learn to make a couple of cocktails with uncommon but really premium booze, really hard to find even in local stores. You will also learn to make traditional salsa in a molcajete! At the end you will taste 3 awesome tacos that you can't find anywhere else.
