Driver did not show. When I called the number provided they said they had no record of my booking. Called Viator and they did not assist with finding me transportation, told me to take a taxi.

They warned on the day of my arrival that they had no driver available, so I had to hire an Uber that was even cheaper.

Dirty car, it was very hot and we went without air conditioning. I do not recommend. I understand that it was not a luxury experience, but it should be at least the basic, level of an uber comfort.

We had a great experience with the driver but it was extremely difficult changing our pick up time with the company. We were bumped from our flight due to overbooking and moved to a later flight. They did not want to honour our booking as the flight was not cancelled… even though we weren’t on it

Facility on the reservation and no problem to find the driver who took us to the hotel in a peaceful and cordial way.
