Brødrene Davin & Kellan Bartosch drømte om WISEACRE for mange måner siden og har været på en omfattende søgen efter at skaffe førsteklasses oplevelse fra hele kloden for at levere det mest knasende bryggeri muligt i deres groovy hjemby Memphis, TN.
Crosstown Brewing blev grundlagt af den ivrige hjemmebrygger Will Goodwin og Clark Ortkiese i 2018. Bryggeriet bruger øl og godt humør til at styrke fællesskabet. Placeringen af deres bryggeri ligger ved siden af den gamle Sears Crosstown-bygning bygget i 1927 og sad desværre tom i årevis og faldt i forfald. I 2017 blev if renoveret og vendt tilbage til tjeneste som en vertikal bylandsby, Crosstown Concourse. Det huser en købmand, flere restauranter, detailbutikker, kontorer, en YMCA, en high school, et postkontor ... og selvfølgelig lige ved siden af Crosstown Brewery.

Easily one of the highlights of my visit to Memphis. If you are looking for a fun, stress-free way to explore the local craft beer scene, I highly recommend this tour. The absolute best part of the experience was our guide, Brian. He was incredibly personable, fun, and knowledgeable. He shared fascinating stories about beer history and the brewing process. Everything about the trip was well-organized. Having round-trip transportation made the entire experience so relaxed—it was great being able to focus entirely on enjoying the breweries without worrying about driving. The VIP access and the variety of beers we got to sample were fantastic. Whether you are a serious beer enthusiast or just looking for a great way to see different parts of the city with a lively group, this tour is perfect. I would definitely book this again on my next trip to Memphis!

We absolutely loved this brewery tour! Brian, our tour guide, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and made the experience so much fun. The beers were all excellent, and the pizza was amazing as well. Everything was well organized, and we learned a lot while enjoying some great local brews. We would definitely do this tour again on our next visit to Memphis. Highly recommend!

Fabulous brewery tour with the wonderful Brian in the Flagon Wagon, so knowledgeable and super friendly! Felt like a pub crawl with an old friend! A must when your in Memphis.

We had a very interesting brewery tour. Bryan, took us to 3 different breweries and did a great job of explaining the process, comparing grains, hops, canning processes and styles of beers . I came away with an appreciation of the brewing industry.

We had a kind of private tour with Brian, who told us a lot about the brewing process. Best tour guide 👍👍👍👍👍👍Although my English is not so good, I could understand it great and he also tried to find out the German translation many times. We visited 3 breweries and were allowed to taste a lot. There was plenty of information about the respective beer and our special preferences were addressed. For food there was a delicious pretzel (better than in Germany) with delicious mustard (we were there again today 😅)

A stand out experience for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend! Our group really appreciated the interactivity, ability to answer questions, and the unique way the tour was able to adjust and adapt to each groups' preferences and vibe. It's extremely clear that they not only care about the experience of each person on the trip, but the breweries and the people in them to benefit from these tours as well. An extremely fun and knowledgeable guide. He went out of his way to make this one of the best experiences for the price in town! We had a lovely evening seeing breweries of all sizes and shapes All in all, we really enjoyed the friendliness and the unique feel of this small-group, tight-knit brewery tour experience, that universally exceeded expectations. We'll absolutely do our best to get the word out- it's undoubtedly one of the best things in town and absolutely worth the time! Thanks for making our time in Memphis so memorable and sharing so much of your experience and making connections to these places.
