This was an excellent tour for the price. We did the downtown tour and riverboat cruise. Darrel, our guide, was friendly and very knowledgeable. Pickup was at 9 AM at the visitor’s center (free parking was nice and convenient) and drop off at 4:15.
We did the aviator bus tour, sun studios and Mississippi River cruise. Extremely informative. Tour guides were excellent
It was very informative. I had trouble understanding our guide as I couldn't hear clearly what was sat in back of the bus. River tour was very relaxing and we learned a few mor things
Great city tour. Very informative and covered a lot. Our tour guide Michelle was excellent. She give us a lot of great facts and made it fun as well. We also did the Riverboat addition which was very nice.
We had Michelle as our tour guide/driver; she was great! Very comfortable ride, the history of Memphis city was interesting, and we stopped at the Peabody to watch the duck march, it was so cute! We chose the bus and boat tour; so while other passengers went to the Sun Studio, we were dropped at Beale Street to walk around and eat lunch while we waited (I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich and fries at Alfred's.... DELICIOUS!) we were picked up right on time and taken to the riverfront to board the boat. Another fantastic experience on the boat and our MC Lamar(??) was fantastic! We had pictures taken as we boarded, with the opportunity to purchase, and we did. The pictures are framed with a marine theme and worth $15. The boat trip was 1.5 hrs, and Michelle picked us up right on time again and took us back to the information center. The whole day lasted from 8am-4pm and it was a fantastic experience! Our tour was $190 for 2 people, it was definitely worth it 🤗
We were very disappointed. Our guide spoke very loud and fast, was very hard to understand. Didn't have time to spend on Beale Street or enjoy our lunch. Spent too much time driving in circles picking up
Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. I don't know which tour you booked but that dictates the amount of time that is spent on Beale St. We offer a complimentary pickup for our guest and the hotels are located all over downtown.
Book with Sam, goes above and beyond what was expected from any tour guide. Makes everything enjoyable and entertaining. I love a guide you tell your name to once and he remembers you. He’s not only knowledgeable but is genuinely interested in what he does

Amazing day. Thank you to Michelle our driver. Unexpected inclusion of the Peabody Ducks was incredible and sooo cute. We had the whole trip including Boat Trip and Sun Studios. Plenty of time to see everything. Highly recommend this trip
Our tour guide on the bus Michelle was fantastic....we had a laugh and thoroughly enjoyed sun studios and the cruise.
