Staff were excellent people and their customer service throughout the trip was outstanding. This review highlight's one amazing staff member sharing this just prior to boarding: When entering or returning to the Puerto Vallarta maritime terminal, passengers pass through security checkpoints featuring metal detectors and bag scanners. Security around the port area is actively supported by the Mexican Navy and you don't want to carry anything inappropriate with you.

We just did the excursion yesterday from the staff to the adventure it was worth the price. An addition to the trip we did the waterfall via ATV as we opted out of the hike it was beautiful. We can’t say enough about the staff 100% they want to make sure you have the best experience, attentive of everyone’s needs.

Overall, wonderful experience. Our tour size was around 20 people which made it a very private and fun experience. The bartender and crew were very attentive to our needs the entire time and I’d definitely do this again.

We had a group of over 30 people for an event in January and Chica Locca tours was the best! The boat was stellar. We were all amazed at how great it was. The crew was friendly and attentive. We saw whales, dolphins, and more. The private beach was especially beautiful. We plan to do it again next year. Can't recommend it enough!

We had an amazing experience with Chica Locca Tours! The transportation from Sayulita to Puerto Vallarta was smooth and well organized, and the staff made check-in and boarding quick and easy. The boat ride was incredibly fun, with great energy, plenty of food and drinks, and a friendly crew. Once we arrived, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, snorkeling, jumping off the boat, and even a hike. We also saw a lot of wildlife throughout the day. The ride back was just as fun and lively, and they got us back to Sayulita safely and on time. Overall, a fantastic experience with a great crew—we would definitely recommend this tour!

Amazing experience overall! Be prepared to bring cash for the ATV ride to the waterfall. It was well worth it and definitely a highlight. The hike there is doable but a bit too long given the amount of time you have on the island. You’re better off balancing your time between the pool and shore along with the waterfall. The service on and off the boat was top tier😊

It's a great place to meet new people and make friends. The boat ride was nice on the way to the island. I appreciate the food that was served there. The beach was beautiful. The staff was great. Alex was great. I was having such a good time that it didn't feel like we spent that much time there before we had to go back. Then the boat ride back was wild fun and a crazy party. I definitely got my money's worth.
