Mega-adrenalin

This was my favorite excursion in the Caribbean and a chance to see “more than the beach” ! Our tour guide Alexis provided very interesting commentary during our open air bus trip into the the beautiful interior hill country of DR. Once we arrived at the Mega Station the zip line guides were extremely patient, professional and they put safety first for everyone. I was a little intimidated in the 1st zip line but then didn’t want the adventure to end! After zip lining was done we had a little relaxed time to enjoy some organic fruit, tour the small garden on site with many fruit and cocoa trees and abundant beautiful orchids plus a parrot. There was also a very small gift shop on site with hand carved souvenirs and an opportunity to try MamaJuana and Organic hot chocolate! I would go again in a heart beat

Went on the zip line/horseback excursion and it was amazing. Got to ride through the country side. Zip line was so much fun and safety was a priority. Horseback was a great time. They were clear with their instructions. Everyone was so friendly. Our guide, Alexcs, and driver, Louise were the absolute best. 💯 recommend this for someone wanting adventure.

The staff were very funny and attentive. We had a brutal time between the roads. We have great memories. My family and friends will be back soon.

The buggy portion I give 5 stars but the rest of the tour was 2 stars. My wife and I decided to go all out, and went as fast as we could through every mud puddle, every water spot, and went through every crevice and bump. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Unfortunately, the tour says you’ll go on seven zip lines, but there are actually only six available right now. The guide said they don’t have the proper certification for the seventh yet so we did not get to go on that one. The harnesses also hurt so bad that it was hard to enjoy all of the lines. And the swimming portion was to wash the mud off of your bodies from the buggy portion. We did not know we were supposed to be swimming as nobody mentioned this to anyone. So, when we were all done washing off, we got back in the buggy , and went to the next portion of the tour. We thought we would be swimming afterwards, but realized at the end of the tour that washing off our bodies on a gorgeous beach was the swimming portion.

My husband and I did the water fall and zip line excursion off of carnival. We had the best time. Edmundo and William were so nice. We both felt very safe and taken care of. The waterfall slides were a once in the lifetime experience. The food that was prepared was so good. The entire team was very knowledgeable. They made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 recommended. The went above and beyond with water bottles and soda to give away. Bring some or buy walking shoes there! If you’re looking for a very fun hike, natural water falls and zipping through the DR, this is the place to go! I would go again and again if I could. Thank you for having us at your beautiful country!

I am so glad that we booked this tour. The entire experience was amazing and our tour guide Alex was so knowledgeable and made this excursion very pleasant while we visited the Amber Cove area. He explained us about the culture and the areas we were in and answered to all our questions. We also were provided lunch at one of the restaurants on a plantation, as well as cold water and soda in the truck to stay hydrated. They served us traditional food as well as soda and coffee. Everyone was wearing masks and we had to wear them as well except when we ate.This was a truck ride, specially designed for tourists as the truck had seats and we were climbing up there on a ladder. The road was bumpy, so make sure you use the seat belts. It was also a fun experience as I don’t even remember when I last rode a truck. We made some stops to take pictures, but we were not getting off the truck while doing that. We only got off at the restaurant, all due to Covid. Overall, great job, guys, and thank you for offering us a great experience while in the Dominican Republic.

We had the most amazing day with Eduardo and Luis during our day trip to the waterfalls, zip line and horseback riding. The staff was absolutely excellent and treated us like friends and family. I would recommend this trip to everyone. We felt very safe the whole time with lots of adventure and adrenaline. Best day we have had in Puerto Plata

This buggy/zip lining tour was super fun! The guides are very charismatic and friendly. I especially enjoyed the views along the way !
