Vores første stop er den fortryllende landsby Eguisheim. Gå en tur gennem de smalle gader, beundre de farverige bindingsværkshuse og nyd dens middelalderlige atmosfære. Så tager vi til Kaysersberg, en anden Alsace-perle. Lad dig forbløffe af dens traditionelle arkitektur, dens befæstede bro og dens rige arv. Vi tager en kort pause ved Sigolsheim Necropolis, hvor du vil have et panorama af Alsace-vinruten. Den næste destination er Riquewihr, berømt for sin middelalderlige charme. A wonderful tour out of Colmar. Explored medieval towns, drove through beautiful vineyards, visited a castle and ended the afternoon at a winery. It was the perfect day and highly recommend.

A great way to visit the various villages around Colmar without worrying about knowing the way or finding parking. The whole thing is completed by a tasting at a local producer, the guide in Italian on the historical background of the area to brighten up the trip, and the visit to the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.

Absolutely recommend this day tour. It was superb value for money: 9.5 hours duration, packed to the brim with visits to three stunning villages, two wineries, a magnificent castle and a chocolaterie. The coach was comfortable and the guide was excellent. I’m so glad I took this tour.

We booked the Medieval Alsace tour from Colmar with Tour.Alsace in late April—and it ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our entire France trip. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. Quick responses, clear details, and a genuine willingness to accommodate—even on a lighter booking day when they easily could have canceled or scaled back. Instead, they delivered a full, first-class experience. The van itself was exceptional—comfortable, spotless, and clearly designed for any weather. We were lucky to have perfect late-April conditions, and everything about the day just clicked. Our driver, Guillaume, made the experience. He was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He never rushed us, never cut corners, and made sure every stop felt meaningful. Even with a small group, he treated the day like a private, top-tier tour. And the villages… they truly speak for themselves: Eguisheim Storybook-perfect. Circular streets, colorful half-timbered homes, and flowers everywhere. It feels untouched and timeless. Kaysersberg Elegant and authentic, with a beautiful river running through town and one of the most charming atmospheres in the region. Riquewihr Straight out of a postcard. Vibrant, historic, and full of life. The wine tasting at Domaine Specht was outstanding—welcoming, informative, and featuring some incredible Alsace wines. Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg An unforgettable finish. Dramatic, scenic, and rich with history—perched above the region with incredible views. The weather in April was ideal—mild, comfortable, and with minimal crowds. It allowed us to really soak everything in without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. If there’s one “complaint,” it’s that we simply wanted more time in each village—but that’s more a testament to how incredible each stop is. Even with a full day that stretched past 5 PM, we still weren’t ready for it to end. For anyone visiting France—especially from the U.S.—make time for the Alsace region. The wine, the villages, the culture… it’s all exceptional. And if you’re going to do it, this is the company to trust. Without hesitation: this is the tour to take.

Great day and lovely tour of multiple towns. The wine tasting was nice and the bus comfortable and fun.
It's worth it pq everything is beautiful. In addition a very good small bus and driver Sebastian, very friendly and friendly and also towards guide, was aware of everything throughout. Explanations with audio guide in all languages.
The experience was fantastic. 100% recommended to spend quality family time. The times to visit each place were enough, the bus audio guides had very interesting and accurate information, and the wine tasting was very pleasant, with a great variety of high quality wines. I can only recommend it!
The weather was perfect and our guide Sebastian took good care of us. A nice amount of time to explore the various stops. The Haut Konigsbpourg castle was the highlight
