A great way to see the city. The tour takes you to many historic and iconic locations. It is a must. The e-bike are easy to ride. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and accommodating.
The bikes were very good. Location to join tour is right at the port. Guide was excellent. He gave us a lot of information about Mazaltan. The ride went through whole city..the ride concluded with the cliff jumpers.
Wear closed shoes and sunscreen. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bokes and all the areas we rode in.
Fantastic electric bike tour around the city of Mazatlan, Mexico. Our guide was Sebastian. He was very knowledgeable, bi-lingual, and had a great sense of humor. Took us to many places, provided water, and took lots of pictures for the entire group. We learned alot about the city and the local people. We stopped at some very interesting spots (saw cliff divers and a large local open market). The tour lasted 3 hours. Sebastian was very concerned about our safety in the local streets and made sure that were aware of how to operate the bikes safely. Highly recommended tour. 10 out of a possible 10.
Good tour but should be longer. It would have been nice to ride to the end of the Malacon and seen the Mazatlan sign and statues
Sebastion was an excellent guide making us feel safe, giving us a good ride with interesting historical perspectives on areas visited- the bikes though mostly in working order could have had better maintenance - You will not go wrong with Sebastion as your guide!
The e-bikes are old and unreliable. The pedal assist system is very "quirky" and does not respond as a usual ebike would. The tour itself is interesting but could use less "political" commentary about foreign investment and focus on history.
This tour didn’t happen ! Our booking time was changed with no consultation. When we showed up there was no one there ! I have also paid for this for nothing . Very poor .
As I mentioned in direct messages, the tour guide was at the meeting point at the tour time and we waited 15 minutes, but you never showed up! We had to depart with the other guests
Our guide, Sebastian, was a 11/10. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. The bikes were old and the throttle was dangerous so the bikes are a 2/5 at most.
Was not happy with the tour guide. He did not take us to all the listed attractions and just kept saying we needed to hurry to get back in time, but then he would spend time stopping and complaining about cars from China and American nursing homes ???. The bikes worked great and it is a great way to see the city,
