Til denne udflugt bliver du hentet fra dit hotelområde af vores airconditionerede bus. Første stop er ved Spili landsbyen. Du vil have en chance for at se en 100% traditionel landsby med sine velkendte løvehoved springvand midt i landsbyen. Når du går langs de brostensbelagte gader, kan du udforske turistbutikkerne, som er fulde af traditionelle kretensiske produkter. Næste stop er ved den amfiteatralske landsby AgiaGalini. Her vil der være 2 timer til at udforske landsbyen. Det næste stop er ved Matala, hvor du vil have 3 timers fritid til at nyde den gyldne sandstrand. Matala er ikke kun kendt for sine smukke strande, men også for sine kunstigt udskårne huler, der dateres helt tilbage til den minoiske periode. Disse samme huler blev senere besat af en hippiekommune i slutningen af 60'erne og 70'erne. Mange musikere har komponeret sange om skønheden i Matala, herunder Bob Dylan og Cat Stevens. Bussen vil derefter tage dig tilbage til dit hotel og afslutte denne fantastiske udflugt.

Can really recommend this trip. A great experience and a very good guide who was nice and knowledgeable.
Very pretty site. However, the prices for the cave are a bit high and not accessible to everyone. Beautiful landscape.
Very good tour guide (Lazarus) and super bus driver (Jerry). We went on this tour on Saturday, 21.09.2025 and were really excited. Lazarus has been doing various tours for 32 years and knew a lot to tell in an extremely pleasant voice. All in English and German one after the other. The bus driver Jerry skilfully circled our 50-person bus around even the smallest corners, phenomenal! This tour is offered on the seafront for 25€ per person. Be sure to ask when Lazarus has the tour guide:-)
Great service from Markidis. We had Anastasia who was fab throughout. Thought we would have time on tge beach at Aghia Galini. But unfortunately not, but we were there on. Greek bank holiday do we did tge itinerary in reverse to avoid crowds. Matala's sea was beautiful, but beach very crowded, but again - Greek bank holiday, but had 3 hours there so can't complain.
Couldn’t find anywhere to book at the last minute because of bad weather and Markidis came to rescue. The gentleman at the office was very helpful in booking our tour. Anastasia and Panos the driver were excellent. We had a lovely time despite a little rain. Highly recommend.
A beautiful day with many nice impressions, we enjoyed it despite the somewhat mixed weather. And this was not only due to the beautiful destinations, but also to Panaiotis, the extremely confident driver and Anastasia, the incredibly nice and courteous tour guide, who again conveyed a lot of interesting things with a lot of charm. And as always, we went with the company for the third time in a row today, everything was just perfectly organized. We can highly recommend Markidis.
Went as planned nothing to report a very nice and smiling Guide and a really clean bus with air conditioning that works perfectly
Awesome Beach! Caves are amazing to visit! We were there in May and we enjoyed our visit. we were based in Heraklion, around 45 minutes away and are glad to have visited this beach
Great agency, very friendly sales agents and the guide Anastasia is fantastic such a nice and dear person who will gladly listen and help with anything.
Was a nice informative tour , our travel companion spoke very good German but also in English we understood everything .but what should be mentioned , should you book this tour , I would recommend taking sturdy footwear with you, at least if you want to see the caves of Matala . In my case I have to say unfortunately this was not the case and that is why I did not take this tour , as there is still a risk of slipping. But otherwise a great trip with many sights. Can only recommend this Enterprise
