Fantastic experience for my wife and I , it was our first time in a balloon, and so glad we did it , pick up was on time and within 30mins we arrived to well set up desert area with coffee tea biscuits on arrival on lovely fires to sit eat drink and chat , watching the balloons inflate is a must , they are much bigger than I thought but once in the flight itself was stunning , smooth and sunrise was amazing , our pilot on the day was a.bashir who was calming for those needed it and very funny and knowledgeable about his profession made the trip even more enjoyable and landing was like a feather touching down sure that was skill not luck 😎 after flight nice breakfast and we were back at hotel in no time , glad we booked with Atlas all in all a great morning would recommend
Very nicely groomed and doable with a 6 year old adventurer. At a lovely pace, nothing rushed. The pick-up at night in Marrakech, the city ansich, felt very safe.
⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The hot air balloon ride was absolutely amazing and an unforgettable experience. Everything was well organised, and the breakfast afterwards was excellent—a lovely desert-style setting with a touch of class. The only disappointment was the optional drone video package. We paid extra for it, but many of the photos and videos didn't focus on us, even though we had purchased the service. It felt a little unfair to pay for footage that featured us so little. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic, and it's definitely something I'd recommend to anyone.

The pickup was done directly at the Airbnb accommodation where I was, and it was right on time. I had chosen post-sunrise because it was cheaper, and to my great surprise, we were there for the sunrise! It was absolutely magnificent. Everything is very well organized, with a guide in French. Plan for about 4 hours total from the pickup to the return to your residence. The hot air balloon ride lasts about 1 hour in the sky. Then you have a Berber lunch buffet with msemens, mille-feuille pancakes, cake, fruits, juice, and of course, tea. I give this activity a 10 out of 10! And for those who are afraid of heights (like me!), you don't feel it at all; it rises very gently.
