Vi afgår fra Marina Vallarta omkring 9:00. Kun 10 minutter i turen, når vi mundingen af Ameca River, et naturskønt sted, der også er et godt sted at se delfiner nyder deres morgenmåltid. Omkring en time inden turen ankommer vi til øerne. I vintermånederne bliver selve rejsen en del af eventyret, da havet ofte byder på utrolige dyrelivsmagninger - herunder delfiner, havskildpadder, manta-stråler og endda hvaler. Når vi når øerne, vil vi give dig snorkeludstyr og redningsjakker. Vores team vil vejlede dig om, hvordan du bruger udstyret korrekt og dele tips til at forbedre dine færdigheder i vandet, hvilket sikrer en sjov og sikker snorkling oplevelse.

We had just the best excursion with Rodrigo, Ever, and Capt. Emilio. There were professional, accommodating, and super friendly. They took my family out for some amazing snorkeling and then we hit a nice beach for some good food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience and very disappointed with this company. DO NOT pick this experience in VIATOR. The people here do not work with you and your concerns. I tried to reach out to them thru message and they never replied to me. Once I got to the place I asked them my concern even though I booked my experience and they couldn’t give me a straight answer keep giving the run about. Once I said I don’t feel comfortable with this I want my money back. They decided that I should call VIATOR. I told Viator my issues and concerns with this experience and how at this point I don’t feel comfortable as the people there made me feel that if the boat goes down well that’s just life. Viator call them to get them process my refund and they declined. Keeping my money and they even charged me extra $10 for a band that they put on my hand. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

There are situations beyond our control that prevent us from guaranteeing an exact arrival time. Regarding the wristband, this charge was applied because, although you chose not to participate in the tour, it still represents a cost for us as a tour operator. As for the refund, Viator—your booking agency—did proceed according to their policies. All relevant details and conditions are clearly outlined on your ticket both before and after purchase. From our perspective, this reservation also meant holding two spots that could not be offered to other guests, as we operate with limited capacity and do not overbook. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It will certainly help future guests better plan their schedules, especially if they have flights or cruise departures on the same day.
