Took my 8 year old grandson on the tour and we both thoroughly enjoyed it, Max, our guide was really informative and very professional.
Myself and my son had a day trip to Manchester whilst staying in the Peak District. We decided to take the stadium tour on the spur of the moment and it was excellent. Neither of us are big football fans particularly but I have to say Jack and Roy who were our guides were fantastic and knowledgeable and made the experience a good one. It was a shame that we didn’t get to see the home changing room as it was being renovated but even then with the tour and the car experience included in the ticket price it was good value for money
Our recent VIP tour of the Etihad Stadium was absolutely phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. I booked this experience specifically for my son, who has been a devoted Manchester City fan since he was just four years old. Seeing the pure joy on his face as we got an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the club he loves was truly priceless. A massive shoutout goes to our tour guide, Jim, who completely elevated the entire day. Jim’s effort, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge of the club’s rich history were outstanding. He kept us engaged every step of the way and made us feel incredibly welcome. If there is one tiny wish we had, it would have been the chance for my son to briefly meet one of the players—that would have been the ultimate cherry on top of a perfect day. However, even without a player appearance, the experience was spectacular from start to finish. Highly recommended for any football lover or City fan looking for an exceptional, in-depth look at the stadium. Thank you, Jim, and thank you, Manchester City, for an unforgettable day
Jack is an amazing tour guide, accompanied by Roy- such knowledgeable guides and making the experience so social for Theo and I. Learning such intricate details has made us feel even more connected to the club! We really loved Jack’s facts and love of the team!

A fantastic and engaging experience from start to finish. The atmosphere inside the stadium was brilliant, and it was exciting to see behind the scenes and experience the home of Manchester City up close. The tour was well organised, informative and enjoyable, with plenty of interesting stories and opportunities to take in the history and excitement of the club. Helen and Amy did a great job guiding us and took lots of lovely photographs, which gave us some wonderful memories of the day. Overall, it was a brilliant family experience and one we would definitely recommend.

Excellent tour of the stadium with a brilliant tour guide called Sirgue who was obviously a very passionate Manchester City fan. Would recommend this tour.
Dave H and Chris H were our guides, very welcoming, friendly and informative. Great stadium, pitch was like a carpet, if you can’t play football on that you simply can’t play. Worth a visit!
