Manaus City Tour og Musa

Unfortunately, my experience with the tour company was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The first tour, which took place outside the city, started at 10:00 a.m., and we ended up missing the guided tour. In order to visit the site, I had to pay for my own admission ticket. In addition, the scheduled duration of this tour was approximately two hours, which clearly made it impossible to reach the other two tourist attractions at the scheduled time. We were still able to make it to the theater, but the person accompanying me had to purchase a ticket on the spot, and tickets were already sold out. I consider it a serious organizational failure to leave the purchase of tickets until the last minute, especially when this was a pre-planned itinerary. As a result, we also missed the Market, which closed at 1:00 p.m. What should have been a memorable day instead became a stressful and disastrous experience, due to problems that could have easily been avoided with proper planning and organization by the company. Given all the inconvenience and disruption, I believe it would be fair and reasonable to receive a full refund for the amount paid for the tour. I hope the company recognizes the failures that occurred and provides an appropriate resolution.

Would highly recommend! This was a perfect 1 day excursion on the Amazon river basin and jungle. Amazing experiences (monkeys, piranhas, undisturbed beaches in the river basin). There was also an amazing lunch served right along the river 1/2 through the day!

I made the city tour between a connection in Manaus for an afternoon. I really liked the walk. The company responds very quickly and also provides several routes that fit well for each occasion.

Our guide Anailson and the driver were very knowledgeable about Manaus and brought this experience to life! We went all over the city learning about its fascinating past. Would highly recommend if you are visiting.

Perfect day tour for those people like us who arrived early by ship and had a late afternoon flight. Our guide Wilmar was extra accommodating and helped customize the tour to include sights which we wanted. He spoke great English and was a very nice fellow. Actually Manaus had more to see than we realized.

I really liked the city tour. Our guide Alexandre showed us great places and told interesting stories. The only silly thing was that the Amazon Museum wasn't included in the price, which we didn't know about. And it took a long time for us to be told that we were being picked up from the hotel and we had to give the address
