Tag på en uforglemmelig madtur i Madrid som en lokal, hvor ægthed og ægte spanske smage er i centrum. I modsætning til typiske turistoplevelser, vores omhyggeligt kureret tur fører dig til fem forskellige lokale perler, der sikrer et immersivt kulinarisk eventyr. Hvert stop er inden for gåafstand, hvilket gør det til en afslappet og sjov måde at udforske byens smag. Vi prioriterer at besøge traditionelle faciliteter, hvor du får en ægte smag af autentiske retter. Engager dig med lokalbefolkningen og føl dig som en del af samfundet, mens du deler deres kulinariske fornøjelser. På denne rejse gennem 5 hyggelige lokale spisesteder, vil vi behandle dig til Madrids berømte calamari, efterfulgt af tapas af jamón ibérico og spansk tortilla. Dernæst kan du nyde de bedste svampe kombineret med forfriskende sangria i en skjult perle. Senere kan du nyde den rige smag af vermut, Spaniens elskede aperitifvin. What a great start to our trip to Madrid! Highly recommended. Fernando met us promptly and gave us a warm introduction that really helped break the ice. He was hospitable, thoughtful, and very prepared for our tour. I especially enjoyed the little things he did like take a moment to ensure that the next location was ready for us before we arrived so that we weren’t waiting awkwardly or finding ourselves without seats or a table. Fernando was very knowledgeable about Madrid’s history, and he was able to answer a lot of our questions. And because we had booked this tour for the start of our trip, we took note of many of the tour’s stops (food or historic) to come back to later on this trip. Our tour guide, Fernando, was very knowledgable of the city and local cuisine. He took us to some wonderful local spots. The mushrooms stood out as one of our favorites! He was also great about taking pictures of our family throughout the tour and sent them to us after. He was very accommodating and helpful with one member of our family who has a nut allergy, which we greatly appreciated!

Fernando was the perfect guide for this tour. He was knowledgeable and entertaining.
