Our guide was excellent. She spoke clearly & gave us a good amount of information without overwhelming us with too much historical information
We loved this tour, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice, highly recommended, sadly I don’t remember our tour guide’s name but she was amazing
We got lost and couldn’t find our tour. We started asking for help at 9:45AM through the Viatour app, but got no response. The tour leader said she tried to call me, but I have no record of that in my phone log. At 10:02 AM I got a message that that we had missed our tour. My advice: Do not book with these people. If you have trouble finding the location you’ll get no help.
Great tour , good value for money. If you wish to eacapa long lines and cues to enter the royal palace this is a great way to do it Knowledgeable guide

Taking the app on the iPhone easier to find the guide we had to look a little but it was.
The guide was not at the meeting point, tickets would not download and I was unable to contact anyone via the live chat for help on vistar because the request kept saying that the email format was incorrect. Kind of ruined the morning.

Organized tour, good headsets. Our guide was a lovely young woman but it was hard to understand her. Well intentioned but most of us resorted to reading the English signs. Sorry

Carlos was very professional and added humor to his tour. The palace tour is a must. It is so beautiful. Although I would have liked to stay and see things for an extended time, I’d much rather hear of the historical detail than look at something beautiful with no idea what I’m looking at. Free audio guides aren’t the same as a live tour guide. Also the skip the line tickets were great.
Guide left meeting point early. (We arrived on time). Rang agent to ask for help. Told Us to go to group entrance where we were turned away. Had to join line to purchase more tickets. Replied to confirmation email to ask for full refund and email returned. Will Be taking it further to reclaim €66.
