Hicham and the staff at the farm were wonderful! The food was fun to cook and tasted amazing. Our group of four definitely recommend.

The highlight of our trip and the best Moroccan food we tasted. We booked via air bnb but there were multiple routes to book. It’s was £104 for the two of us. The pick was from our hotel in an air conditioned mini bus, the pick up driving around the medina collecting other guests was also a treat. The class took place at the home and farm of the patron and was an oasis. We picked vegetables from their grow and admired hanging pomegranate and olives. We prepared and cooked many dishes, mezze of starters and our own choice of tagine, and also couscous and a meatball tagine dish. We cooked traditionally over charcoal in an outdoor kitchen. There was honestly sooo much food which you also got to take away with you. We were given fresh organs mint and cinnamon juice and also fresh verbena and mint tea. It was lovely to meet other guests too. Our host was great as was Fatima who diligently cleaned up after us. We dined together in a garden setting. We cannot recommend this trip enough. At the end you can buy spices and handmade aprons. An unmissable experience.

absolutely loved this experience and learned so much! both chefs were so informative and helpful! english was great. the farm is beautiful! ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! plus we made some good conversation and connections along the way! awesome group! complementary cold water in the heat was needed!

Wow wow wow absolutely amazing this has got to be on your to-do list worth every penny very informative and very inclusive you get hands on experience in lots of the process for making a true morrocan meal . You can choose lamb / chicken/beef and make sweet or savoury. My only advice is DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST. The amount of food you make is a banquet but anything you don't eat you can bring home. What an amazing experience! The location was beautiful and atmospheric, the chef knowledgeable and passionate and the ladies were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an abundance of delicious salads, tasty meats, fresh vegetables and perfectly prepared couscous. In addition, I learned a lot during this special experience. The cozy group finished it all. Thanks for this fantastic experience — an absolute must for anyone who loves good food, coziness and authenticity!

Me and my partner came to this amazing cooking class whilst on our trip to Marrakesh. Everything was so amazingly organised by the family from pick up to drop off. The area is a real calm away from the city on a lovely farm with the outside kitchen setting. The food we made was amazing and was a real authentic experience. Be prepared for plenty of food!!! You can always take the food away if not all eaten.. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend !

Experience high-end, colorful and tasteful. Everything is there: an ultra professional chef (Abdelhak), fresh quality products, sublime decor, impeccable hygiene, attention throughout the course making this moment simply perfect. The advice: you can avoid breakfast before you go. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!
