Must-do in Madeira. Nice experience on a fast rib. Good guide, after we had spotted all the dolphin groups, we took a fun mini-excursion along the coast

WOW! We changed our original choice of dolphin/whale excursion to this speedboat ride as we wanted to experience the thrill of the journey out and back with the added crashing waves. All I can say was they didn't disappoint on anything. The sea was a little choppy and we elected to sit towards the front...every crash into the waves is compounded in these seats so be prepared! We saw bottle-nosed dolphins immediately once we had arrived at the spot, but then had to return back to the marina as one of the passengers wasn't feeling well. But we were soon back out, and the crew had an alert that there was a large pod of spotted dolphins seen so we headed for them and we were soon in amongst them...and what a show they put on for us!! Can't recommend this highly enough, lots of information along the way about what we were seeing, and every minute of this trip was a thrill. Many thanks to the guide/pilot for a truly unforgettable day.

This was a wonderful 2 hr cruise through the waters of Madeira. Our guide, Francisca, was full of knowledge. She gave us fun facts about the species we were seeing, as well as, about the island itself. And the boat captain, Cristiano, made our ride a smooth as possible . We were able to see a couple of Sperm whales (one was even taking a nap) and several pods of Pilot Whales. Being down at water level allows you a closer look at the marine life. Highly recommend!

The Dolphin & Whale Watching Tour with VENTURA was one of the highlights of our Madeira trip. The boat ride alone was so much fun. Quietly floating next to the whales was a very special experience.

Highly recommended experience, we saw many sperm whales and dolphins up close. Francisca was a wonderful guide, her explanations were very interesting and she always had a smile. The captain, Cristiano, a 10 out of 10 as well.

Great experience. Franisca was our guide and Cristiano Ronaldo (not CR7) was our driver. Franisca was great, friendly and explained everything. Cristiano gave us a great ride to the whales and dolphins. Highly recommend this, especially on the speed boat

Ater going on a sailing boat earlier in the week and being slightly disappointed with not seeing any dolphins or whales, we opted for this trip,. The speedboat took us further out and straight to a pod of dolphins . They then decided to put on a show for us!...Excellent "driver" and guide...Would recommend this way than the sailing boat or catamaran, as less people and more chance of getting to the the wildlife quickly once spotted from land

Amazing experience, see the animals guaranteed, Francesca was lovely, enthusiastic and she have a lot of knowledge about sea creatures and there behaviour. Andrea as a shipman was great as well. They know ther job and makes this experience super exciting.
