We highly recommend the island hopping tour. It’s not an all day event. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to Mactan to catch the boat, a typical Asian style. We visited three islands. Actually for the first we anchored off shore and swam amongst beautiful fish in clear water. We made landfall and swam at the second and third islands. The second smallest island was our favorite. Reggie and his team attended to us took pictures and got us safely back to the port and later hotel. Only thing is the tour is subject to weather conditions.

This experience was amazing!! Richard came on time and was with us the whole time on the boat as our guide. The food was delicious. Though, if you are not used to filipino food or are picky, bring your own. The reefs and fish were beautiful. Each island and location was different but was very enjoyable in its own way. We especially loved the sanctuary close to the deep end.

Had a few minor communication issues to start but the company was timely in clarifying any issues I had through messages. Driver Matt was friendly and was a safe driver. Novina our tour guide was wonderful. She explained everything very well and we enjoyed just sitting and talking Philippino history and the Philippino people. Getting to see these small islands and the small villages and people that live there was very interesting. The people everywhere are so friendly. Very good tour for us. About 30 minutes snorkeling at two different islands and then hanging out and relaxing at a third. Good time.

The best part was Leo, our tour guide. He won our hearts completely. He was a kind, free and very funny man and I am so glad I was able to go island hopping with Leo!! So much so that even after we got back from the tour, my wife and I kept talking about Leo. There are two options for this tour, and I paid a little more (around $10) to choose a private tour. Turns out, you got it all right! It was a comfortable trip without having to worry about luggage or space to sit. Since snorkeling and the time spent on the island are also decided at our own discretion, it was a good idea for me to finish my snorkeling a little longer and exploring the island earlier, which was unique to private tours! On this tour, you can enjoy the beautiful sea from the resort of Mactan Island in a half day schedule! I didn't want to drive 4.5 hours to the port like I did on the whale shark tour or Samilon Island, so this compact and efficient tour really helped! (I know that a sea tour of more than 10 hours will be exhausting for both mind and body as it continues to hit the sea breeze. You'll want to get back to your hotel early in the second half.) At the snorkeling point Fisherman came to sell live sea urchins, scallops, and red seashells in a small boat, so he bought two sea urchins and ate them on the boat. It was such a wonderful experience, as such things are rare in Japan! We really wished we had taken a little more cash to buy sea urchins and tip the sailors and our best guide Leo!! PS: I'm so glad I brought a float for snorkeling! And, Leo, thank you.

Very fun trip. Driver picked up on time. All the guides were friendly and helpful with pictures. Very large seafood and bbq lunch served. Great snorkeling and para sailing experience.

The boat takes you near Hilutungan (not on the island) where one can enjoy snorkeling. From there the boat diverts to Nalusuan and you get to see this island. It is a divers island and views are good. After a short walk on the island, you head for snorkeling, which is away from the main island. From there the boat takes you to Caohagan where you get to walk around and laze around on the beach. (No snorkeling here). Do note: there is no help available if you are a first timers for snorkeling. If you are in a group it is worth it. For solo tavelers, if someone from the group helps, worth the trip, else you could get bored. I was lucky to have a good group and enjoyed the views and snorkeling too! Also : they serve local food. So if you have specific preferences, pls carry your own food. And do take something to munch.
