The trip and route itself is not bad. 1 hour is enough to clear to complete route 1B (without tour guide) But the first time i showed the staff barcode of e-ticket, they did not accept. It made me confused a bit but fortunately we got in with help of other staff.
My trip to Peru was a last minute adventure so unbeknownst to me, Machu Picchu tickets are booked months in advance. I booked a couple tours through Trip Advisor but both ended up canceling as they did not have entry tickets to provide. I was ecstatic when I was able to get through with these guys the day before I planned to go. They were able to provide two tickets for my partner and I with a 0700 slot. When I realized the earliest possible bus/train that could get me to Machu Picchu was 0827, I reached out to them to see what other possible options I may have but got no response. I messaged three different times and nothing. I still took the chance and went but was not able to enter as you have to be there for the time on your ticket. So you can get a ticket but communication will be lacking. Also, the cost of this ticket is almost triple the cost of the normal priced tickets. I would highly recommend securing your tickets in advance or taking the two day trip where you go to Aguas Calientes to wait in line to get your ticket the day before you’d like to go. Just beware and be prepared.
Hi Melissa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very sorry that you were ultimately unable to visit Machu Picchu. You are correct that visitors must arrive according to the entry time indicated on their ticket. Unfortunately, once an official Machu Picchu ticket has been issued by the Ministry of Culture, the date and entry time cannot be changed by us. We also acknowledge that you contacted us regarding the issue with your transportation schedule. Unfortunately, your messages were sent at around 8:00 PM, when our office staff had already finished for the day, so we were unable to respond in time. For this reason, when travelers book an early Machu Picchu entrance, especially around 7:00 AM, we strongly recommend staying in Aguas Calientes the night before. Trains arriving from Cusco or the Sacred Valley the same morning may not arrive early enough for these entrance times. Regarding the price, last-minute tickets involve additional operational and service costs and therefore are not offered at the same price as purchasing an entrance ticket directly from the official government website well in advance. We sincerely regret that, despite being able to secure two last-minute tickets for you, the transportation schedule prevented you from using them. Very good experience visiting Machu Picchu with Anthony. He explained many things to us about the history of the place and since he is Peruvian himself, he was also able to talk to us about Peru today.

Very reliable agency. It did save us from rescheduling all our program since our agency told us last minute that it didn’t managed to buy tickets to Machu Pichu.
Anthony was great and was the highlight of our day in Machu Pichu, even though the weather was not in our favor, he was patient and stayed with us until the weather cleared up and had a lot of information about the site. Would highly recommend him

We had booked the tour with another company and they canceled it on us 2 days before. Luckily we contacted treppid and they got us tickets and a guide for the same day we had previously booked. Our guide Manuel made the tour very entertaining for us. We are very grateful to the agency and to our guide Manuel.
Everything was fine. You got the tickets pretty close to the activity but it still came on time and everything worked fine😊
