Vi henter dig fra dit hotel i Cusco. Så i vores private transport kører vi dig til Ollantaytambo togstation. Det er tre timers kørsel gennem Inkaernes Hellige Dal. Her stiger du ombord på toget til Aguas Calientes.
Togrejsen i sig selv er en givende rejseoplevelse. Du vil være i stand til at se nogle fjerntliggende andinske gårde og landsbyer langs Urubamba-flodens løb. Du vil derefter gå ombord på det 2 timer lange tog tilbage til Ollantaytambo. Når du er fremme ved Aguas Calientes, vil vores besætning overføre dig til busterminalen. Her stiger du ombord på bussen til Machu Picchu citadel
Når du er ved indgangen til citadellet, vil de lokale myndigheder bekræfte dit pas og adgangsbilletten, så sørg for at have dit originale pas med. Vi starter derefter med den to timers guidede tur i citadellet. Efter denne uforglemmelige oplevelse vil du på et bestemt tidspunkt gå ombord på bussen fra Machu Picchu tilbage til Aguas Calientes. Her vil du have lidt fritid til at spise frokost (ikke inkluderet i prisen). På denne tur vil du blive introduceret til inkaernes livsstil, og hvordan hvert område i citadellet blev brugt af inkaerne. Efter turen har du lidt fritid til at udforske citadellet på egen hånd. Hvis du har bestilt en vandretur til Machu Picchu-bjerget eller Huayna Picchu, vil vores guide guide dig til indgangen. Alternativt kan du vandre til solporten. Det tilbyder en spektakulær udsigt over citadellet. Dette er også indgangspunktet for dem på Inka-stien.

Amazing trip! We spent several hours exploring Macchu Picchu. The views are amazing, but what really made the difference was the extensive history and commentary provided by our tour guide, John. He did a great job leading us through the key sites within the area, and it was meaningful to hear his perspective on Incan history and culture as someone who grew up in a rural town outside of Cusco. John was also a great curator of the experience, making the trip from Cusco to Macchu Picchu and Aguas Calientes very seamless for us, and he was very patient with my family as one of us has slightly limited mobility. Very memorable trip that I will be thankful for for many years to come!

Primoroso attention!! Machu Picchu tours gave us all the necessary support, we did not worry about anything, hotel, transfers, tickets, etc. John and Elaine gave us precious tips from the first contact, during our stay in Cusco and until the final moment. Tips like where to buy the best coffee, where is the best ceviche, among others. Luis is a very attentive guide, gives a lot of information and likes when you ask things, because of the chance to pass more information yet. I highly recommend!
