Vi afhenter dig fra dit hotel i Cusco kl. 05:30. Derefter vil vi tage dig i turist transport til Ollantaytambo. Turen tager omkring to timer.
Når vi kommer dertil går vi til Ollantaytambo togstation, hvor vi tager toget til Aguas Calientes. er en by, hvorfra du kan komme til Machu Picchu. Togturen fra Ollantaytambo til Aguas Calientes tager cirka halvanden time.
Ved ankomst til Aguas Calientes cirka kl. 09:15, vil vores personale fra bureauet tage dig til busstationen. Her tager du bussen, der tager dig til citadellet Machu Picchu. Turen tager omkring tredive minutter. Du ankommer til indgangen til citadellet i Machu Picchu kl. 11:00.
Ved ankomst til Machu Picchu passerer du en kontrol, så vi anbefaler, at du medbringer dit originale pas. Efter at have bestået kontrollen, vil vores akkrediterede guide tage dig med på en rundtur i citadellet i Machu Picchu. Du vil besøge landbrugsområdet, hvor du kan se landbrugsterrasser eller Andenes, som er strukturer opbygget af stenvægge i forskellige størrelser. I byområdet vil du besøge sektorerne Hurin eller Sacred Space og Hanan eller Residential Space. I den hellige sektor skiller Covergruppen, Solens Tempel, Det Kongelige Mausoleum, Kongeboligen, De Tre Vinduers Tempel, Hovedtemplet og Intihuatana-gruppen sig ud, som indtager den højeste plads i Det Hellige Rum. Du ankommer til Aguas Calientes cirka kl. 14.00. Her vil du have fri tid til at spise frokost, slappe af i de termiske bade eller tage en tur i den rustikke by. Du har cirka 2 timers fritid. Efter dette tidspunkt vender du tilbage til togstationen, hvor du tager toget kl. 16:22.
Efter en togtur i cirka halvanden time. Du ankommer til Ollantaytambo kl. 18.00.
Ved ankomsten til Ollantaytambo vil turisttransporten vente på at tage dig tilbage til byen Cusco. Vi ankommer omkring 20:00.

I booked two tours in total with David of Cusco Travel Agency. Machu Picchu Full Day Tour on July 10 and Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) Private Tour on July 11. I went with my husband and we truly had a wonderful time. The tour guides on both tours were each kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I for one, have lots of questions during tours, and they were so patient in answering and explaining. We had Javier Flores for Machu Picchu and Ricardo for Vinicunca. We highly recommend requesting for them when possible. They were also patient in taking photos for us. This trip to Peru was our visit to South America and it exceeded our expectations mainly because the two places we wanted to see most was made very convenient by David and his team. David is also quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp and you can really see his effort to make sure that he takes care of his customers. Thank you, David and team. We will carry and treasure these memories for years to come and sincerely we have only great these to say about your company’s role in a trip so memorable for us. We highly recommend you to everyone.

I planned all the tours with Cusco Travel Agency, and the coordination, planning, attention, guides, transfers, everything was excellent. I had an incredible experience in Cusco. The tour of the archaeological parks was very comprehensive and well organized by Leise. We were able to visit impressive places, learn about Inca history and culture, and enjoy spectacular landscapes. Our guide was very professional, attentive, and explained each site in great detail, making the experience even more interesting. The visit to Machu Picchu was simply unforgettable. It is a place that exceeds all expectations due to its beauty, history, and the energy felt while exploring it. The tour was perfectly coordinated, with adequate time to enjoy, take photographs, and visit the main points of interest. The information provided by the guide allowed for a better understanding of the importance of this wonder of the world. I totally recommend this agency to anyone visiting Cusco.
