Tag på en fængslende 3,5-timers cykeltur gennem hjertet af München! Denne afslappede morgentur udforsker byens ikoniske vartegn og skjulte perler, perfekt til mindre grupper på op til 22 personer. Højdepunkter: Effortless Exploration: Oplev byens charme med minimal indsats, nyd informative stop og historiske indsigter undervejs. Landmark seværdigheder: Vidne til storslået Odeonsplatz, Max Joseph Platz, Hofbrauhaus, og Residenz og mange flere ud over. Marienplatz: Hjertet af München. Lige her, i den livlige puls i byen, står Marienplatz. Dette historiske torv har været Münchens centrale hub i århundreder, berømt for sin fantastiske New Town Hall med den ikoniske Glockenspiel og livlig atmosfære. Det er det perfekte udgangspunkt for vores udforskning af denne utrolige by! Vi har vores korte intro her, før vi starter cykelturen.
Vi gør et hurtigt stop her for vores gæster at købe vand og ponchos og lade dig vide, hvor vi er i tilfælde af at du ønsker at leje cykler efter din tur.
Den Platzl: Hjem til Munich's Heartbeat. Dette charmerende, historiske torv er i det væsentlige fødestedet for Münchens legendariske ølkultur! Det er berømt for at være hjemsted for det verdensberømte Hofbräuhaus, og dens stenede gader er udskåret med traditionelle bayerske bygninger. Residenz, et storslået kompleks af bygninger i München, var engang det kongelige palads af Wittelsbach monarkerne i Bayern. Dette udbredte palads huser over 130 værelser, herunder det fantastiske Cuvilliés Theatre og den historiske Hercules Hall. Vi stopper til en traditionel frokost under det kinesiske tårn. Dette er en selvbetjeningsmadbane, der også har vegetariske muligheder, så alle kan spise, hvad de vil. Prisen for lunich er ikke inkluderet i turens pris.
Vi gør en naturskøn tur langs Isar - grunden til, at mange af de lokale bor her, da dette er vores "strand" om sommeren.
Vi har et hurtigt stop her på den anden side af Isar-floden, før vi fortsætter langs floden til næste stop.
Vi afslutter vores tur tæt på dette S-Bahn stop.
Maximilianeum, en stor nyrenæssance bygning, blev bestilt af kong Maximilian II af Bayern i 1857. Designet af Friedrich Bürklein, det oprindeligt tjente som en uddannelsesinstitution for begavede studerende. Maximilianeum ligger på bredden af Isar-floden og er et slående landemærke på Maximilianstrasse, en berømt boulevard med neogotiske paladser. Vi stopper her for et hurtigt fotoop. Selv om byggeriet blev forsinket, blev bygningen endelig færdig i 1874 og har siden gennemgået renoveringer, især efter Anden Verdenskrig.

We had such a great experience. I had my two kids (8&10) who enjoyed the tour. The stops were great, we had a nice lunch, and got to see everything we wanted. Bonus was no complaints from the kids.

I was in Munich for a day, and this was a great way to get a lot of ground , with a great background and information of the city ! Chloe was super nice, I learned a lot , and really enjoyed the bike ride. I loved the surf river , and beer garden , full Munich experience , great for a quick passing . Glad I got this recommendation!

Not much riding. Mostly coasting. Fine for relaxing. It would have been nice to ride more through the garden ground rather than the long lunch

Because we cater to all ages and fitness levels, we focus heavily on coasting, storytelling, and giving our guests a chance to socialize over a traditional beer garden lunch, rather than a fast-paced athletic workout. We completely understand that some riders want to put more miles on the odometer! For guests looking for a sportier ride with way more time in the saddle and deeper exploration of the English Garden, we always recommend booking a private customized tour or renting one of our bikes independently. Awesome afternoon with Tim! He was knowledgeable, funny, always had our safety in mind with clear instructions, etc. We learned so much and had a ton of fun seeing Munich! The stop at the Chinese Beer Garden for lunch and a beer was a highlight!

Clear meeting location. The tour highlighted many of the historic sites and the ride through the English Garden was wonderful. The group size was too large for the streets of Munich. Tour was longer than advertised because of the large . I would look into a private tour. In addition, one of the customers was responsible for “bringing up the rear”. This job should have been delegated to another employee from the company.

Regarding the guest at the back: this is a long-standing tradition of ours where a volunteer helps bring up the rear in exchange for a special reward. It’s a feature our groups usually find highly rewarding and fun, though we understand it might not be everyone’s preference! The group is large, we had 17 in our group. You have pay attention, many times group got separated at traffic lights. The guide was excellent. But the group size is a concern for safety, should limit group size .
