Málaga Crime Investigation Tour

This was a brilliant way to explore Málaga, taking in the parks, the sights, and the hidden back streets. You meet your guide (ours was Tim and he was amazing!) who sets you up with a bag of things you might need, booklet and GPS compass and then leaves you to it! It's perfect if you prefer to take your own time instead of following a clipboard in a large group. The guide is always on the phone if you need help, and at the end they meet you again and wrap the whole thing up. You even get a few souvenirs to keep. Well worth the money and would recommend to anyone who likes to explore and loves puzzles.

My husband and I are in our 60s and that may have affected our experience but we did not even finish because we were frustrated with finding the clues (one was missing) and were not having fun. Tim, the guide, who instructed us how to do the hunt was super nice, personable and very helpful though!

We did this tour with our 4 year old daughter (who wants to be a detective!) and she loved it. It is very well organised and planned. Matthias was a great host and explained the instructions very well. There was a quite a lot of walking so make sure you plan some ice cream stops to refuel! We did this on our first morning in Malaga and is a great way to orientate yourself around the City.

A novel way to spend an afternoon in Malaga. Kept us absorbed & active & was just the right length. We stopped for horchata 1/2 way through. Thankyou Matteus

Very funny, The guide very friendly and adaptable to the needs of the group, a way to visit corners of the center we did not know and at the same time make the young people entertained doing it. Highly recommended 👏👏👏👏

Myself and my partner did the Malaga crime investigation tour today. We decided to do it because we also did the Malaga city advanture treasure hunt, run by the same lovely people. It was once again engaging and exceeded expectations. A great experience. Fun for all ages!! Thank you Ellie and Mattias!

The tour was really fun and took us to beautiful corners, remote from the main tourist spots.. Lovingly designed and well organized, a murder case must be solved gradually

If you are wondering/pondering/considering booking this tour my advice is go ahead and book -- you won't be disappointed. I am a recent resident of Malaga (originally from the UK) and now I live here I have many people visiting me and Malaga City Adventures is the one experience that I have come to realise is one that everyone will enjoy, from 8 to 80! Over New Year I had some adults and one 8 year old to entertain, we joined the Treasure Hunt (another must-do!) but for now my review is about the Crime Investigation Tour and for this I was the sole adult with my 13 year old niece. We both had an amazing time. The clues are pitched just right (although I probably wouldn't have made it through without her - she is super smart!). We discussed it together afterwords and agreed that the time, love, care and attention taken made it a joyful experience -- that's not something you come across too often. It is a really fun way to explore the city and I learned much along the way despite being resident here for nearly a year. Thank you guys -- I'll be back :)

Great fun way to see the town as well as accessible to all ages. Worth checking it out. The hints are not too complicated or too easy so everyone can enjoy.

This is a really great tour! You get a GPS device preprogrammed with stops and you go from point to point looking to solve the murder of Pablo Picasso. We had a blast finding all the clues and seeing the sights of the city at the same time. A really wonderful and unique way to tour. Cannot recommend this enough.
