Jorge was a great guide and was very informative and affable. Overall we enjoyed the trip however, one of the highlights of this trip when booking was to visit the Alpaca farm, Jorge was not aware that we needed to book a tour and therefore when we arrive we couldn’t get in. The tour company should add in the description that everything that needs a ticket needs to be pre booked and that the tour doesn’t follow the the Itinery as shown in booking description but is very much up to the group or recommendation.

We’re sorry to hear about the misunderstanding regarding the alpaca farm visit. As mentioned in the tour exclusions, all activity tickets need to be booked separately by guests. Most guests prefer to decide on and book activities on the day itself, according to their interests and preferences. But sometime during summer time activities can be sold out, due to busy season. Stunning views, smooth ride, and a fantastic guide! Arthur’s Pass with castle hill day trip from Lyttelton Port was the highlight of our trip. Great scenic views with lovely walking tracks. Highly recommended!

Arthur’s Pass is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking scenery, a relaxing atmosphere, and amazing wildlife, along with beautiful nature and waterfalls. The drive from Christchurch is quite short, and the many sightseeing stops along the way make the journey even more enjoyable. Dave did an excellent job and was very helpful throughout the excursion.

Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. Tom was a fantastic guide—very knowledgeable and friendly. He shared great local stories and interesting Christchurch earthquake history throughout the journey. The van was clean and comfortable, and the whole day was perfectly organised to enjoy the stunning views.
