This tour provides a truly excellent introduction to Lyon. Toni is incredibly engaging, and is essentially a walking encyclopaedia on Lyon. I would recommend doing this tour early in your trip, as you’ll be provided with a number of personalised recommendations to help make the most of your time in the city.

This tour was the best walking tour I have been on in all my years of traveling. Toni was very personable and presented all of the Lyon details, sites and history information enthusiastically and in a way that kept our attention throughout the 3-hour tour, which incidentally seemed to pass quickly. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing and learning about Lyon in a fun, relaxed way. Toni also provided great recommendations for dining, and other sites to see in the Lyon area.

This tour was the best we’ve been on anywhere. Toni was fun to be with and felt like a friend from the beginning. He took time to listen to everyone in the group. Being a small group meant he was able to interact with everyone. The itinerary covered more than I expected. We also got a tailored follow up message from Maud, which was highly appreciated. Toni was fantastic. His knowledge of Lyon is excellent. He made sure to give everyone lots of information about their specific interests about Lyon ( resistance in WWII, food, wine,etc). You can tell he loves his job and his enthusiasm and personal touches elevated this tour. He even provided a list of recommendations to anyone that was interested via email or what’s app afterwards. Do yourself a favor and go with Toni. You won’t regret it.
