Great tour! The pickup and drop off from a hotel in Cancun. Did snorkelling, visited Isla Mujeres, had drinks and a party on the catamaran. Paid US$75 (everything included)

We were taken from Playa del Carmen by bus to the pier in Cancun, our operator was Riviera Experiencies, the saleswoman Mrs. April, in the port remember that a port fee must be paid, no matter the Enterprise or cost of the excursion, we boarded the Diamond Bright 1 catamaran, there is Covered place and place on the deck, I explain this by the sun, you have to get a lot of protection, the attention is all the time very careful, Manolo explained very clearly the route and the times, the consumption of drinks is free, the first activity of spinning could not be done because of lack of wind but from there we went to snorkeling, the great recommendation there is that it is an activity for those who can swim, then before reaching the island allow to go down about 10 minutes to take a dip, from there to the pier for lunch, then we were taken to Playa Norte, an area full of people, hot and transparent water beach, it is a tour totally recommended, the good attention and friendliness is a constant, it was a beautiful experience
In the description it says: Luxury catamaran. Although the ship is in good condition, it is not a luxury ship. They bring the Catamaran to its maximum capacity, so more than half the people go on deck in the sun. Personally, it was my turn to go by the horn, without the possibility of changing places, as it was full. Very loud music hurts the ears.
Where to start….maybe I should start by saying I use Viator all the time and give almost always 5 stars. This was a disaster from the get go. 1) Viator cancelled 2 people on our party the night before. We had to call and get it fixed and I think this is where the trouble started. 2) they were late (like 30 minutes) picking us up. Said they went to the wrong hotel. When trying to find out where they were, we had difficulty communicating with the service. 3) when we got on the boat and met the group it was clear we didn’t get a boat with English speaking people….don’t get me wrong, while in Rome kind of thing, but we were out of place the whole trip. 4) the snorkel was jump off and we are moving the boat so you MUST be able to swim there. Probably could have done so. But didn’t want to risk it since we were already rushed since we were 30 minutes late. 5) got to Isla Mujeres (stunning) had little time to do anything! 6) for back in the boat and they spent a good hour to hour and a half trying to sale photos. Worst excursion I have ever been on.
