Spectacular night view from the Bosphorus. The food was very bad and poorly served, with more than half an hour between picking up the first dish and bringing the second. But the food was not the most important thing. And the important part was fabulous, the night cruise on the boat.

Food basic. I left most of it. Drinks service very slow. The transfer was poor. We were returned to a point streets away from our hotel and abandoned. Views on the boat excellent. Would not recommend

Great way to experience Istanbul at night in a relaxed atmosphere. Only downside is that there was no highlight when passing the attractions Hotel pickup and food was good

The food was awesome. The service was amazing. I loved the view of Istanbul was great. The entertainment was Outstanding. I loved it. The seating was tight but it was nice to be around such international crowds.

I paid for a group of 8, 7 adults and 1 one child, he is 7 years old. When the transfer arrived for us, there wasn't enough space for everyone at the bus, and the guide told me the child should sit on my lap, but there still wasn't enough space for everyone, so several people had to be stand. We were the last to arrive at the cruise, and the service was poor. Too many people and not enough staff.

As for arriving later to the cruise, this was mainly due to the transfer delay, and we sincerely apologize if this affected the quality of service you received on board. On busy evenings with high demand, the atmosphere can be more crowded than usual, but this is never meant to compromise service quality. We joined this Bosphorus dinner cruise as a family, and it was absolutely unforgettable! The view of Istanbul at night was magical, the food was delicious, and the live show kept everyone entertained even the kids loved it! The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was perfectly organized from hotel pickup to drop-off. It was one of the best family experiences we’ve had in Istanbul.
