We used Airport Transportation for our private transportation from the airport to the hotel. They are very detailed oriented, providing enough information to make you feel knowledgeable about the experience. The representatives were nice and friendly. My only disappointment was the quality of the van. Clean but older material that had previous stains and torn fabric.
We were very pleased with their service to and from our resort in Punta Cana. They were prompt, courteous, attentive, and pleasant. They made sure we knew exactly what time to be ready and where to meet and they were right on time and easy to locate at a busy airport. We'd definitely recommend!

Great Service and Communication all throughout (Heading to the Resort and Back to the Airport). Drivers were friendly and professional.
The communication was great from the start. When we got off the plane we knew exactly where to go. The SUV was clean good music playing and we made it safely to our resort
Great service the company communicates well and arrived on time to and from the hotel. We had to pay a little extra for the kids see, however, it worked out and it was installed without any reminder. Definitely recommended. Only suggestion is it would be nice to be offered a beverage or snacks upon pick up.
Communication started out well, and we met a representative at the designated airport location. He walked our group down the street to where the minibus was parked, helped to load our luggage, and once we boarded, he left. From that point on, the experience went downhill. The driver did not speak English, which in itself is fine, but there was no effort at communication at all. At one point he held up an iPad to take our picture with no explanation, no smile, and no indication of why he was doing so—just silence, which was uncomfortable and confusing. The driving was extremely concerning. The driver appeared to be struggling to stay awake, with his head bobbing and the vehicle swerving into the opposite lane multiple times. We felt unsafe and tried making noise to keep him alert. We were first brought to the wrong entrance of our hotel and then dropped off without any communication. The minibus itself was also quite run down. Overall, this was a stressful and unsafe experience, and I would not recommend this service.

Drivers use the google translator and many translation tools, Silence or unexplained actions are not acceptable, and we acknowledge that this created discomfort. – The use of a tablet to take photos is part of our internal verification process to confirm passenger pickup, but this should always be explained politely to guests. The lack of explanation is a service failure on our part. – Most importantly, any perception of unsafe driving is taken extremely seriously. Drowsy behavior or lane deviation is unacceptable under any circumstance. you should off had call us immediately , This feedback has been escalated internally for immediate review and corrective action. – Being taken to the wrong hotel entrance and dropped off without communication further reflects a breakdown in service coordination, which we sincerely apologize for. – Regarding the condition of the vehicle, all units are expected to meet safety and presentation standards, and your comment indicates this was not met in your case. We appreciate honest feedback, especially when it highlights areas that require immediate correction. While we are disappointed that your experience was stressful, your review helps us reinforce training, supervision, and quality control to prevent this from happening again.
