None with this particular reservation, driver got stuck in traffic due to road closures, should have used Google maps or Waze

We were picked up a little early. Our driver was very nice and everything went without a hitch. He even lent me a peso coin to gain access to a bathroom along the way. Highly recommend this service!

Two hours before my plane landed PROFI DRIVER cancelled leaving me to make other arrangements to get to my hotel when I landed in Mexico City. Then on the return trip booked to go back to hotel, cancelled again the night before an early morning trip back to airport. I booked the driver for safety and security and convenience of travel in a city because I can’t speak the language. But I was left with the stress of finding a driver last minute, both trips, for a family of 5 with baggage. I DID RECEIVE FULL REFUND FOR BOTH CANCELLATIONS. I will never use this driving service again.

They canceled on us last minute and we were stranded without a ride. We had to find a taxi which we weren't looking to do after a long travel day.

you never showed up so i won't be using your company ever again. this made my arrival into mexico city quite stressful
